Location, staff, amenities I was informed that the elevator was out of service after I booked, so I had to carry my 25kg bag 3 floors up. I was lucky to stumble upon some gentlemen!

Door was accidentally left open by housekeeping until we’d came back hours later. Our stuff was just out everywhere, luckily nothing got stolen. Rooms are small too. Also checkin and finding your room is a bit interesting

Immaculately clean. Even though the furniture is old looking , it is well equipped and they provide a fridge, which is essential in the summer. Staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Perfect place to stay ! Even though you are 20 feet from Plaza del sol, the room was equipped with a goof floor to ceiling window that blocked most of the noise. The elevator sis not work the last 2 days bcs it was being repaired.

The proximity to everything we wanted to do was outside our door! Only building that did not have an elevator...?

Location is excellent, Cleaning staff is excellent . Bed is not too comfortable, but it is ok.

The location in front of of the plaza del sol was amazing!!! All was closer and you can go walking Some times the smell of cigarettes was annoying

Can’t beat the location - right in the square of Sol and Metro is only steps away. The property is clean and quiet if the room faces the court yard. Room is small for two people.

The location helped a lot to see the city, the room was cleaned every day, there is 24h reception that secure everytjing, the staff is very polity and willng to help with laggages.

Cozy hotel at a great location. Simple but comfortable enough for a few days stay. The elevator is not working and it's a 6-floors building. That could be a problem to some people.

Cost, Location All was good except it was in a noisy part of town and the doors slam a lot in the Hostal and the walls were thin and some guests were loud.

Staff were helpful especially Illana at reception and the rooms and beds were straightened up daily which I dint expect. Location was perfect for seeing things in the old city, Beds were comfortable for me, Loved food on Calle Coloreros I wish the doors didn't slam so much and so loudly, Wifi could be spotty at times, Loud people on the street under my balcony all night. Area is very very touristy and a little run down. having a balcony was cool but it did add to the noise and I was fighting jet lag.
