MY double room for single occupancy was good valve for Madrid with an unbeatable location. The furnishings were somewhat old fashioned but overall the room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice ,If I were to come to Madrid I'd stay there again NOTHING

Location is great just in the middle of everything and with walkable distance to the main attractions, museums and park The apartment is just 10m from the Plaza del Sol in pedestrian zone. Room is comfortable safe and clean. We did not like just a one thing. There were no facilities for making tea or coffee. Everything else was fine.

I liked the location it was very accessible to the main sites in Madrid I didnt like that i have to give my keys when i left the room, and that i have to keep asking to get in.

Excellent location. The staff are very dedicated, caring, and attentive. The internet is adequate, but not ideal for work. A recommended place. The internet is adequate for using a phone, but it is not recommended for anyone who wants to work on a laptop.

Location. Close to everything. The receptionist collect the room key every time I leave the property and hand it back when I return.

The beds were quite hard. Replacing all towels, even those hanging to dry on the towel rack, felt excessive given all the signs about conserving water. Needing the receptionist to open the door every time you came in felt like a burden stopping me from going in and out often.
