Este hostal está muy bien ubicado en el mismo centro turístico a pesar de que es un edificio antiguo y necesita sus arreglos, su limpieza fue muy buena, el personal magnífico me ayudaron en todas mis inquietudes y dudas , se los recomiendo y volvería a ir sin dudarlo, gracias a Javier, Juan y Kati .

O THC Bergantin Hostel é um excelente local para se hospedar, o quarto é grande, limpo, confortável, possui uma equipe atenciosa e dedicada ao hóspede. Apesar dele não servir Café da Manhã, isso não é um problema pois o Hostel é extremamente bem localizado no Coração de Madri, fica absolutamente perto de tudo, sendo possível fazer quase todos os pontos turísticos a pé, e, no seu entorno, possui muitos restaurantes.

The room appeared clean, but we found hair that wasn’t ours on the shower mat. Also saw a small roach in the room and a silverfish in the tub. The mattress was hard as a rock and difficult to get comfortable in. The staff was friendly and for the most part accommodating.

La gente de la recepción es súper amable. Sin duda, me volvería a hospedar ahí.

struttura in pieno centro a due passi dalla metro Sol, la posizione è fantastica. Struttura carina senza molte pretese. Stanza davvero poco silenziosa, lontana dalle auto ma nel piano centro della movida spagnola, la pessima insonorizzazione delle finestre rende il sonno davvero difficile. Alla reception personale davvero gentile.

Hostel staff was kind and helpful, they held my luggage before my stay and brought the luggage to my room before I returned. The room amenities were sufficient (handsoap, shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, bath towels) and the room and bathroom was clean. Good hot water pressure. Bed was comfortable, blanket was warm enough for end September weather. The AC worked and the double-paned glass windows really helped a lot to dull the noise outside though couldn’t completely cancel it out. The one thing that made my stay quite uncomfortable was the scent of the room—perhaps not everyone has a sensitive nose as I, so I didn’t mention it while I was there, now adding a note in case anyone has a similar condition. Something in the room air freshener or room spray irritated my air passages, felt like I was allergic. At first upon entering the room it wasn’t immediately noticeable though after being in the room for about 30 minutes it really started to affect me. I couldn’t figure out where the scent was coming from it seemed to permeate the room and it made my nose run non-stop so I had to open the window and push the bed next to the window in order to breathe more clearly. Unfortunately this also meant the outside sounds were no longer blocked and I heard nonstop noise from revelers, sirens, street cleaning so I couldn’t sleep at all the entire night. It’s too bad bc everything else was terrific.

La ubicación de este Hotel es increíble, en plena puerta del Sol. Las habitaciones son correctas, limpias y con camas cómodas. El personal agradable y atento.La relación calidad precio es excelente y es muy probable que repita.

En fin, se robaron el cargador y siendo un lugar tan pequeño deberían de ser personas más honradas ya que uno como turista espera más de un país industrializado.

El único problema es que en la misma calle del hotel hay demasiado comercio y el ruido durante toda la noche algunos días literal no deja dormir, las personas están de fiesta y es difícil aislar el ruido.
