Room was air conditioned, and spotlessly clean! Staff at check-in were also excellent and very helpful. There was nothing that I didn’t like. It’s the perfect place to stay for an overnight just prior to or just after a long-haul flight into or out of MAD or if you have a long layover there between flights.

What breakfast? Wi fi was useless It is impossible to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom, wet Room is so small there is literally no place to put your luggage to unpack it if you wanted to hang it up in the closet

The single room was a single child like twin bed, very small. No option for a good cup of coffee in the morning. Just a small packet of instant and no creamer.

Easy walk from the airport, cute neighborhood, great value for a single night stay during a long layover. I got in seamlessly, got cleaned up, got a good night's sleep, and got a nice coffee in the morning before departing.

Easy access from the airport (one metro stop). Half a block to a nice plaza with several dining options. Great staff, No coffee or tea in the room but there were kettles in the common room if you bring your own). Not great soundproofing.

Convenient location once one gets used to the surroundings! Didn’t provide safe!

It was a bit noisy. Could hear people talking in the next room and the lift going up and down during the night. There was no bedside socket on one side for charging the phone. There was a kettle, but no socket near the dressing table, so we had to put it on the floor to boil it. However, these are minor things and if we had an early flight again I would be happy to stay there again....
