Location was amazing, walked to the centre in 5 minutes and to the prado or palace within 30 minutes. The staff was really friendly, we were able to leave our bags as we were there before 3. The room was lovely and with the schutters beautifully dark to sleep in. Also the entrance and communal spaces look a little crazy but i love that. The bed felt a little wonky so tried to move as little as possible. You could see that the room was a bit old in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff, very good location (walking distance), hotel is good value for money overall

Super friendly staff. Cool, unique look and vibe. Fairly quiet. Good A/C. Didn't love the minimal enclosure for the shower/tub and the tub was a bit slippery.
-
Perfect location. Fun vibe. Theoretically it is handicapped friendly. While generally true, there is a ramp towards the elevator which is a bit steep for this who are not sure-footed. The elevator is a pain. It will forcefully slam on people as they enter it.
-
Good location and the staff was friendly Very small room and difficult to get into
-
I confused this hotel with another of a similar name sited nearby. Was expecting more luxury!

Reception and process needs work. Takes way too long.

Room was great size and the AC was wonderful. Very cute and quirky spot, would definitely go again!

Walking distance to center. Mid shift staff very helpful and friendly. Property being renovated so it wasn’t cleanest. Elevator was not working to 3rd floor where my room was so had to carry luggage to 2 plight of stairs. I got help carrying my suitcase up but receptionist when I was checking out refused to help.

We loved the decor. Very stylish, maybe a bit campy, but in a good way. You can see that each space has been well thought out and carefully curated with materials that bring a variety of color and texture to create warm and welcoming spaces. This is not a five star luxury hotel--the walls are a bit thin and the stairs are a bit creaky. But if you love old style, personalized spaces, this is a great choice. We will be back.

Location Elevator wasn’t working to the third floor, and we had to carry our luggage up to flights of stairs, the staff did help, but I found this inconvenient. Breakfast is provided by the cost of 13 euro 50 is very high compared to a restaurant across the street for 450 to 6 euros Street apartments are very noisy, the garbage is picked up at around 1:15 or 130 every morning and quite loud. I would recommend getting a garden suite in the back of the building versus a street front apartment.

Very cozy and good location .if very different and amazing rooms and ambiences. All good

The location is fantastic with many restaurants bars and cafes near as well as many cultural attractions. We loved the quiet room- unexpected in such a busy and central part of Madrid. The bathroom had a milk crate shelf that we hit our head... no big deal just had to be careful. Room was a bit small, but that is understandable in a big dense city center. Nothing bad to say really.

The bathroom door didn’t close
-
This was a wonderfully quirky, bohemian style Hotel situated in a quiet side street within easy walking of many of the key Tourist sites. expanded breakfast options, the continental breakfast was very nice and good value, but if cooked items were also available that would cater for a wider group of people

Very unique vibe.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! My exterior room with balcony was exquisite, with a bed and pillows that were incredibly comfortable. The staff was nothing short of AMAZING—from check-in to room service to housekeeping, every interaction surpassed my expectations. For the value, the quality here far outweighs the cost—it honestly felt like I had “snuck in” for a luxury stay at a fraction of the price ?. I cannot recommend this fabulous hotel enough, and I will most definitely be back! N/A

Staff is great . Thanks for the upgrade. Its beautiful with that tropical garden . Very unique style in madrid. Great location.8 /10 The walls aren't well insulated. You can literally hear everything in the next room. As soon the housekeepers start working, you can't sleep anymore because it gets so noisy. Something to keep in mind if you want to get a few hours of sleep after 8 a.m. I repeat, you can hear everything...
