Parking for the location was tricky. There was no place to pull up and unload people and luggage. There is no on site parking. There is a parking deck that is a couple of blocks away, but you don't get the specifics of the parking until you have already paid to park somewhere else and dragged luggage for blocks over cobblestone and pedestrians on cramped sidewalks. If you are traveling light and not by your own car (or rental car) then it should be a dream. If you have a lot of luggage and/or a large vehicle, prepared to be sweaty and frustrated.

I always come to that place And everytime I feel comfortable more than before Stuff are soo friendly I’ll be back by 5 June I didn’t like that I left ))

It was roomy AC didn’t work well, internet didn’t work as the attendant had described.

Was nice like own apt Tv in tub not work. Tub old things broken on it.

Location was great, staff was friendly The apartment did not look like in the pictures. The design was completely different, looks like a sex shop rather than a warm hotel room, and the cleanliness was not great.

Booked a suite and it was great, spacious and had a spa. Cleaning was once a week during the stay.

Location is good for Metro stations and walking distances for the main attractions in Madrid. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well as grocery shops. The studio apartment was larger than expected and clean. It consisted of a dining area table to sit 4/5, a kitchen supplied with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle and associated cookware, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. There was a sitting area with sofa, coffee table and TV (all Spanish channels) an area separated off with two single beds and a sofa and access to a very small balcony. The main bedroom had a double bed (which we had requested) there was also a jaccuzi in the room. A separate bathroom consisting of toilet, basin a full bath with shower over. Air conditioning in main area and master bedroom. The accomodation is split between two buildings across the street from each other. The key was obtained from the main hotel reception area and you are given a pass number to enter the annexe building. Whilst Booking.com show the name as Madrid Central Gran Via Suites, the actual name of the suites is Abalu Hotels. Whilst in transit to Madrid I received an email advising that I had to register online prior to arrival and this was mandatory, fortunately I had access to wifi and I saw the email, this maybe should be advised the day before are due to arrive. The street the suites are in is slightly run down, Empty commercial units with graffiti and rubbish in door ways. We were on the second floor of the annexe building and whilst there was a lift, it was very small and made some disconcerting noises. We used the stairs! The kitchen sink didn't have a plug, this was of little concern for us as we were only there two nights and didn't need to use the sink. The bathroom basin plug didn't seal well resulting in the water having emptied out before finishing washing. The bath shower screen didn't have a seal on the bottom so when using the shower the bathroom floor quickly became flooded. One side of the double bed in the master room was pushed up against the side of the jaccuzi, which meant one person having to climb along the bed to get in.

Good location No parking space at the entrance to the facility. No sign or name of the facility - problem to find.. You check in in a different place, you have a parking lot in a different place, you have an apartment in a different place where you eat breakfast. The apartment is completely different than in the pictures. Dirty and smells bad. Broken jacuzzi. In the apartment's bedroom there are two sheets on the bed but no duvet. For breakfast microwaved rolls and no choice. Overall I do not recommend this place.

Great location. Clean apartment It was a very noisy night in Madrid so we didn't get much sleep but then the location is great so noise is a downside

Based on the 4 star and 1 thumbs up rating given, absolutely nothing. This is not a 4 start by any means. Firstly I was disappointed that the double bed we asked for was not available, if this is not an option then don’t give it as an option on your app. The unit that was given to us is in real need of maintenance with broken walls, torn and broken furniture, stained carpets and not to mention the condom wrappers lying in the room as per the pictures shared. There was no duvet linen in the room. We went to ask for duvet covers and told the reception that we will fetch these after dinner. When we arrived to fetch the linen we were told that they will only give us the linen after we paid for our parking, which we were told by the person at the parking area that we only pay when we leave. The shower water temperature is not constant and is either steaming hot or ice cold. Then at breakfast we were given a damaged butter pat that was full of mould when we opened it. We asked to be notified when they have a unit with a double bed available which they said they can only do the following day at 12, since nobody contacted us we went to the reception at 16h00 asking if there was as room available only to be told that changes can only be made at 12am thereafter there is no possibility to change. We then explained that we asked 2 people at the reception desk to please contact us if a room becomes available. Eventually we were given a new room with a double bed but this room stank so much of dampness that we had to sleep with our windows open.

Check in was too late (4pm). We had to wait until exactly 4pm to have access to the apartment despite being available earlier.

The girl at the reception upon check in was very polite and friendly. The location was great as it was walking distance far from the main areas of Madrid. The jacuzzi was leaking underneath and we had to use all the towels to dry the floor. Though when we went to ask for more towels at the reception, we were asked to pay €15 for extra set of towels. However, there’s a sticker on the mirror in the bathroom saying to leave the towels in the bathtub if we wish to have new towels, but this couldn’t be possible. Also, no one came to clean the apartment, which we would never ask for short stays. All we wanted was just fresh towels. Also, even though the apartment was clean, we found hair in the bathtub and in the sink in the bathroom
