Excellent location. Friendly stuff. Super clean room. Late check in was smooth .

We liked our stay. Location and the staff are the best. It was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent central location, staff was great and very kind, bed very comfortable, wifi very strong, fridge, TV and kettle in the room, private bathroom with great water pressure, and good AC.

Excellent location, with really nice restaurants nearby. Moreover, not far from Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor and Barrio de las Letras. Luggage storage available, and friendly staff. The bed was quiet uncomfortable. And the room is really small, to the point that it was hard to fit our luggage.

Poor sound isolation and super thin walls, I could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring room

No elevator

Very central and very clean. Reception persons are excellent and cleaning ladies very polite. Nice room and bed although a small bathroom. But all is new and clean. (I am referring to Rias Bajas floor cause Abami is on the upper floor). There are two properties by the same owner. Abami II and Rias Bajas. They are both ok, but it should be clear when you book, if you book the Abami (on 2nd floor) or Rias Bajas (on 1st floor). There are two separate entries in Booking, with two different ratings and images, so supposingly one can select. But I booked Abami and ended up in Rias Bajas!!! And this was the ONLY option. I stayed because I couldn’t be carrying my suitcase in Madrid and search for a last minute thing in high season. They might be equivalent (although they are not). Ear plugs would be great cause you can hear everything from other tenants and rooms, even a silent mobile phone on vibration mode.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, though this might be just a personal preference. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature.

The location is excellent, close to the Gran Via. There are many cafeterias and restaurants nearby and a metro station within easy reach. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The room was bare bones. No soft chair (just a small, hard desk chair). No cupboard, just a . The bed had one long "sausage" pillow (not very soft) and just one other individual pillow. The bathroom was so narrow that although I am short I nearly knocked my knees on the opposite wall when using the toilet. The hard floor of the room was completely bare, without even a small rug. For the price we paid we expected more.

Easy to find, great neighborhood, staff was friendly and communicative, bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent with good pressure and piping hot water.

The location was close the metro stations. A Dia supermarket is right next door to the location. It was clean, the room is large. The bathroom is well equipped, large and clean. The soundproof of the room is poor on either the exterior and interior. On the exterior the traffic is moderate and you can hear it very loud sometimes. Also a weird thing the dumpster truck was working at 2 am and it's loud. Also if you have a loud neighbor you can hear everything from the door knocking, conversation and so on. Also the room doesn't have curtains so it was a bit lighter to sleep well.

The bed was terrible, the toilet was very humid after taking a shower for hours because the desiccant is ineffective.

Room was small but very clean. Keep in mind of staircases with no lift. Great location near metro stops.

Warm hospitality, great availability, and excellent communication with the hosts. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, with attention to every detail. The apartment is in a strategic location, close to the center and only a short walk from Gran Vía, making it easy to explore the city. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and a very quiet environment. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money.

Everything was great, the location perfect, super clean. The noice, we could hear the people next door so loud but it’s the only thing.
