Great location! Very clean, nice room. Staff was friendly & helpful We liked it

I liked everything n/a

Great location- most main attractions are within 15-25 minute walks and it’s close enough that I could go back and forth to my room through out the day. Booking.com listed the room as having a balcony, but apparently none of the rooms do. I specifically wanted a balcony. It also doesn’t show that it’s in a shared building, and up two flights of stairs.

The location was really good, the stuff is nice The toilets and shower is very small, not the cleanest it can be

Great location, clean, everything I needed was provided Just a heads up. The bathroom would be too small for someone who is big

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The shower was good The room was very small as was the bathroom. The hotel staff on arrival assured us they would secure a taxi for us for early airport departure, however we were left to fend for ourselves at 0530 am.

Great location in central Madrid. Many tapas bars and cafes in the immediate neighborhood and easy walking distance to the major sites in the city. The cleaning staff was very accommodating. There is no lift, so be prepared to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs. The room and bathroom was very tight. It came with a mini fridge and electric kettle, but you had to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle. The worst thing was the thin walls. We heard everything going on in neighboring rooms ?. Definitely bring earplugs!

The hostal exceeded my expectations! Not only the location is great for shopping and exploring the city, but the room and everything that it included was quite comfortable and useful during my stay. Would totally recommend this option to other people.

Great central location for my business trip The hotel is above a supermarket, which takes deliveries and restocks after midnight. I had a front room, which made things pretty noisy between 12 and 1am
