Nothing Should not be rated as 5 stars, my room was messy, dusty, carpet has stains, damaged walls. Design is nice but execution was not right. Windows should be selected for hwy noise. Noisy room and claustrofobic . Not enough space or water for shower. Breakfast too expensive for an omletele and a coffee, price for coffee not advertised; 5 Euro for a regular filtered coffee. Swimming pool area cannot be used , opens at 11 when is 40 degrees outside, last floor closed, nothing to do inside the hotel.

Interesting architecture exceptional design good and friendly staff Food in bar very good Situation Loud motorway. Nothing around Internet not good Toilet flush did not work properly Vip lounge is a shame, good seating, but: No good food very very little food No wine or sparkling wine Will not replenish even when asked

Near of the airport Everything else.. especially the cleanness.. I was surprised how come this hotel got 5 stars?

The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located near the Cartagena and Avenida de América metro stations. The staff is extremely friendly, and the rooms stand out with their unique and stylish designs. There’s nothing I didn’t like so far.

I liked the cleanliness The room's design was terrible; it offered zero functional comfort. It was all design, but the customer's comfort was completely disregarded. The lack of a shower cabin and the constant overflowing of water was very annoying. Despite being a five-star hotel, daily drinking water was not provided in the rooms. There was only complimentary water upon arrival. There were no slippers in the room either. However, they brought them after we called.

Close to the airport Concierge team No coffee or tea cattle in the rooms despite being 5 starts hotel No water filling Was negatively surprised not to accept 1 hour later check out despite being relatively empty and insisting on charging extra money !!!! Very bad from the management as the receptionist said they are not allowed to give late check out Breakfast variety was ok but modest

Nothing Service, English fluency, does not match the standard of a 5 star hotel

Views from my suite on floor 11 were good, but the windows were dirty and there was some kind of canvas on the exterior of the building that was torn in places. The canvas could be heard flapping in the wind. The artsy style of the building is novel and the building has good security. I liked the Chopard toiletries. Our junior suite on floor 11 was frankly gross feeling. The halls stink like cigarettes. A lot of the furniture was worn, stained, and slightly misshapen(especially the living room furniture). The couch and chairs provided were artsy, but incredibly uncomfortable. The high pile rug was disgusting and had a bald patch. I don't think the hotel is equipped to clean it. My vacation was 10 days long and Hotel Puerta America was the only one to have a bathroom with an open wall(a strange blind was installed;I could see the bedroom as I showered). The hotel advertises a checkout of 2pm on their website; but they explained that it is only if you book through their website. They then planned on charging €25 an hour after 12 until I made a stink.

Design Zaha Hadid really amazing There’s facilities missing in the room like espresso machine & others small things
-
Spacious and clean. Very limited storing places in the room.
-
They need renovation for materials which are used for hotels room ı think concept and idea perfect but something wrong …
-
The deck with the panoramic view was beautiful Personal were was very kind and helpful Pool was closed due to the season date even if the weather was very hot. I think that they could have let it open
-
The Hadid floor felt very special! Inviting staff and a pleasant pool area.
-
The pool was closed for maintenance without notifying us.
-
Exclusive lunch , very limited

The water from shower kept going to the floor outside of the shower. We had to use many towels to contain the water from overflowing to other areas. Easily managed by having lots more towels.

Very cool hotel. We liked the design of our room on the 4th floor and had a fun time walking around the other floors to check them out. The pool area is nice on a hot summer day (and the pool is indeed very refreshing and clean). My only suggestion would be in relation to the prices of drinks at the lobby bar that serves the pool - EUR 5 for a coffee or EUR 5 for a bottle of water is a bit too steep. It would also be good to add a waiter service around the pool as it's not ideal to have to walk in to the main lobby bar in a swimsuit to get a drink.
