We selected this hotel for its location, parking and pool. We found all three exceeded our expectations. The pool was sizeable and the pool attendant friendly. The staff at the poolside bar were helpful and the food was tasty. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Upon arriving, we were greeted by an empty reception desk which wasn’t a good start. After almost ten minutes calling out hola and wandering around the reception area, the receptionist appeared with no apology which was a disappointing start to our stay.

Close to the airport, easy check in and very comfortable beds! The morning breakfast buffet is terrific complete with a coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos and other specialty drinks at the push of a button! Nothing

Lady on check in and reception was so lovely and welcoming. I didn’t realise there was a pool when I booked it as I booked based on location to an event. So I didn’t pack swim wear. That’s why I can’t score the pool. I did eat from the poolside snack bar which was really good. Great food and drink and price! Again, staff were lovely and friendly. It has air con outside which has water mist spray at you which was very welcomed Tea/coffee facilities in room and we only had 1 large towel between 2
