The location - it was close to metro and also to the Metropolitan stadium. The hospitality - specially the receptionist on our arrival. Also the little surprises meant they noticed our purpose of the trip. The pool was a disappointment, it was more like a bath.

We chose this hotel for our one-night stay because of its proximity to the airport and its excellent metro connection to the city center. We arrived in a rental car and liked having the option of on-site hotel parking, though since it's a free parking area, leaving the car on the street was also a great option. It was incredibly convenient to leave the car parked there while we explored the downtown area by metro, and then easily return it at the airport the next day. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Breakfast is served at a café just a few meters away, and what they offer for the price is very reasonable. The only thing I would like to mention as a recommendation is that the pool advertised as an amenity is actually very small and shallow. The photos don't quite reflect reality, although we still enjoyed a dip after a long day of walking around Madrid. Also, the room doesn't have a mini-fridge, but you can easily purchase cold drinks at the reception for a reasonable price.

I really liked how close it was to the metro station and how well connected it was to central Madrid. The reception staff were also very nice and friendly The only thing I didn’t like was that the TV wasn’t a Smart TV, so there was no Netflix or YouTube

Good value. Access to city centre (subway like 2 min walking). Breakfast served in nearby cafe/restaurant (also 2 min, next to subway access). Parking on site for very reasonable price. (I forgot exactly, but around 12 EUR per day)

We enjoyed our stay at Bestprice Barcelona. Valencia and Madrid. Loved the room bed layout of 3 beds, so our family of 4 could all be in one room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, would have been a great add so we didn’t have to buy some. Super friendly staff! Clean! No shampoo, conditioner, body wash or tissues.
