Only bad thing was the noise that was coming from the other studio late in the night...The wall is too thin, the other renters were loud when they were coming after midnight ....although there is a sign/rule not to be loud and respect others....which was not the case with the italian neighbours that we had...

It was nice located and it had everything we needed It wasn’t clean enough

Location The dishes were dirty and had food crumbs on them. The carpet and floor were also unclean. The sofa bed was full of crumbs as well. On another note, the shared kitchen couldn’t be used because there were people building a room, and the kitchen was filled with construction materials and covered in dust, making it impossible to use.

Location was very close to a metro stop. The room was big and clean. They make you call their whatsapp number so make sure you have internet access when you get there. They dont speak english very well or listen to you when on the phone. They give you a code that you can use to get to your room but our code stopped working on the last evening. Luckily it was before 11 o'clock in the evening so they answered their whatsapp number after a couple of tries and they opened the door remotely. The walls are paper thin so you can hear if the neighbour rooms are loud.

The staff is very helpful, property is close to Suanzes metro station. I couldn’t find anything I dislike about the property.

Logement spacieux et propre On arrival the code to the main entrance wasn't working. I phoned Modular Suites Alfonso and they didn't have a clue and were not helpful. I spent 20mn on the phone for no help. I eventually got in by chance because someone else was getting in with a key, and the code to my studio was working. On my last day I went out my studio to get to the shared kitchen and when trying to get back in my studio my code wasn't working, even though this was way earlier than check out time. Luckily a person at the front desk of the building was helpful to let me in. If the same thing had happened during the night I don't see who would have helped.... I don't trust their code system, it has led to very stressful times twice in 4 days. When I complained, Modular Suites didn't offer compensation and just stopped replying to me. Not good enough.

The apartment is very quiet and big compared to my expectations. The kitchen was shared but never found anybody else cooking so I had it all for myself. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Also the location was good for me, very close to my training and few minutes walking to the metro station. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the keys pick-up. Apparently they forgot my booking (even if I sent them several messages on booking as reminder), so I couldn't use the free shuttle/transfer from the airport (no one was there waiting for me) and when I arrived I had to wait 2+ hours for someone to come to give me the keys. The staff were very kind and sorry at the phone but still, I lost 2 hours for their mistake :-( I suggest to use a locker with code to avoid this. Also, some practical things: the microwave didn't work and there were missing some basic tools to cook. Would be nice to have salt and oil also, cause I had to buy a big bottle for only few days. Hairdryer was also missing.

There are several things to like: the location, the rooms themselves, the hosts. Everything was very clean, very tidy and quite spacious. Incredible value for your money. Perhaps communication with the hotel itself. The phone number listed on Booking is actually incorrect, and refers to a different hotel with a similar name.
