The hotel is in a good location for a 1 night stay, with many dining options, and also next to some metro and bus stops that carry you to the city center. Staff is kind and professional, and the parking service (16€/day) is useful. We paid for a "family room", but it really was a double room with an extra bed; also, the bathroom felt a bit dated and could have been cleaner.

This is a great hotel which is not too far by car from Madrid airport. The location was pleasant and the hotel facilities, incuding a gym, were great. The standard of the room was high. We especially enjoyed the generous breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple of supoermarkets close to the hotel, and the closest metro is 5 minutes walk. Nothing.

Helpful staff , value for money, all amenities available. Ride to airport with uber was 15 euros Nearest metro station has no elevators and is 10-15 mins walk.

Location The room temperature never went below 25° Celsius, the room was very comfortable, the vent in the bathroom was dirty , floors were dirty( never swept up), the refrigerator cabinet door was broken, the wall had markings on it, 3 single beds is a bad idea, and the restaurant was not good at all!

An excellent place to stay for a few nights if you're visiting Madrid for work or attending a concert at the nearby stadium, which is within easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean - without exaggeration. The bed is very comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent pillows. The air conditioning is preset to a comfortable temperature and stays on throughout the day, which made the room consistently pleasant I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which offers a decent selection of fresh and tasty food

Habitación triple de buen tamaño con camas cómodas para todos nosotros, un adulto y dos adolescentes grandes. Desayuno bien organizado y con variedad: mucha fruta de buena calidad, distintos tipos de leche, buen café, queso y fiambre, huevos, alubias, ensalada, churros... Destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal. Alrededor del hotel hay opciones para poder comer o cenar. El hotel también tiene cafeteria. No lo recomiendo para personas a las que les guste alojarse en el centro de las ciudades. Pero la parada de metro está solo a 5 minutos caminando
