the room was really good for the price and the staff were super nice. the location allowed us to move around freely and easily with an uber and the room honestly exceeded our expectations taking into account it's Madrid we're talking about and prices have sky-rocketed. Cleanliness could've been improved, there were a few dead bugs on the disposable cups provided in the room and next to them. Our room was quite close to the corridor entry and we could hear every single time the door opened and closed, plus the room doors next to us.

The room was quite small, but overall basic. I would have liked more storage space for clothes or toiletries. A small closet in the room would have been helpful. The breakfast was good. The buffet offers both soy and oat milk, which is an added bonus. The stay was quite peaceful. There is a supermarket nearby. The reception staff were friendly, but they struggled with English. This hotel offers a good base for short stays.

The morning staff were rude and confrontational, very disappointing attitude. The location is terrible, this hotel is for workers not for tourists

Located near bus stop. Breakfast ok. Early on the second morning of our stay, the fire alarm was ringing somewhere in the hotel. We evacuated via the stairs, but surprisingly, we were the only ones outside aside from one other guest. When we went back in to speak with reception, the staff seemed completely unbothered. They casually speculated—almost guessing—that it was probably just shower steam or someone smoking in their room. The lack of concern continued later that day. After breakfast, I plugged my charger into the socket near the bathroom, and it sparked violently. Luckily, my reflexes were fast enough to pull the cord out immediately, sending the charger flying to the floor. When I reported the incident and showed them my burnt adapter, the senior staff member simply told a younger colleague to go flip the fuse back on. He did exactly that and told us the power was back, but we didn't feel safe using that outlet again. Overall, their attitude toward guest safety felt incredibly lax.

What did I like about this property? I still looking for the answer, so far nothing. I don’t like the lack of professionalism of the staff, lack of acknowledgement, no sense of urgency, the key for the elevator, my card has to be reprogrammed several times and the people on the front desk always mad, obviously they don’t know how to use the system berry well. The AC on the room sucks, the little towels they are like sand paper, not even a chair on the room sucks. The access to the parking should be added to the room card, to save some time, the people on the front desk don’t like to answer the intercom, they always sound mad. In general we try this “Hotel” before went open and was okay, but in the last ten years the place still not even okey for travelers, maybe good for work One night maximum. To expensive for the service, the location sucks, the customer service sucks, by the way they need to go back to the polo shirts that they were using on the beginning, you don’t know ho work there. I don’t have a classification for this place I be in hostels chipper and much better than this place.

Cleanliness was not so great when I went to take a shower I noticed different pieces of hair on the shower walls which was not pleasant. Also was on the third floor and some how there was ants, which they crawled in my food that I had left over.
-
The cleaning needs more in rooms maybe more people The bathroom in my room was so dirty there was feces every where the toilet
-
most the staff were really nice and friendly and helpful, easy access 24/7 One member of staff had a bad attitude because we said we didn't want our room cleaning and it is far from the city and the motion sensor light in the toilet didn't work right when you went in it went dark but when came out the light went on
-
Location The staff was very rude. Facilities in the room is below average.
-
The location, and there some bad smells in the room. Other than this, all was perfectly fine
-
I did like the friendly staffs but I didn’t like the fact that air conditioning system was bad Make the air conditioner work
-
For the given price everything was great! The staff is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, the only thing that was not so great was the location, I did not immediately understand this when planning the trip, but in the end even this minus for me personally was a plus, because there was a park with slides nearby, I needed it for training, and an excellent restaurant right across the street, a store nearby. -
