The staff were unhelpful. I requested a passport printout, which is usually free, but they asked for an exorbitant fee.

Location was close to our daughter that we were visiting. Short walk to subway. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean, beds comfortable. They let us check in early which was greatly appreciated! Really, nothing-

I liked the location and proximately to my kids who were living with host family close by. It was very clean and safe area. The shower was also excellent!! The room was so small and cramped! I could hardly walk around, made me feel claustrophobic and I am a petite female. And although bed was comfortable the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

I liked the location, closeness to transportation (bus, train station), restaurants, and other shops. Liked the quieter ambiance compared to Madrid Centro. Staff at times were not as welcoming (they seemed stressed/flustered), and cleaning staff forgot to restock items in the room.

I was pleased with the hotel and the location. The breakfast was adequate and what I expected and the kitchen staff was polite and attentive. I found two of the male hotel clerks surly, and one of them outright rude Booking suggested I request an early check-in, which I did. The response was "depending upon availability." That's understandable, Early booking was unavailable, When I showed up at 3 PM to check in the computers were "down" and I had to wait. When I questioned this, mentioning that I had been waiting since 9 AM, I was rudely told, "you should have booked a room for another day." I should add that since the hotel was not full, I had doubts that rooms were unavailable for early check in, I would have appreciated, "let us know how to contact you this morning in the event a room frees up earlier." The female clerk with whom I interacted was polite and helpful.

Beds are ok and the room is pretty standard The rooms are very noisy. The windows do not keep the street noise out. Also there was quite some noise from both neighbors.

The staffs were very nice, the room was clean, the location strategic, close to metro station - we basically walked to city center. The breakfast was good!

Very friendly staff at the front desk. Location was adequate for our purposes. Rooms on the small end, but comfortable and clean. Nothing to report.

The TV remote was broken. The bathroom had no amenities other than a 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo. I also found a bug on the bed. To be fair, it might have come from outside at some point, but since I hadn’t opened the window (it’s winter), it must have already been there when I checked in. The cleaning staff should not have missed that...
