Oxygen Hostel

El staff fue muy amable, la limpieza excepcional, las instalaciones estan bien, muy cerca de la terminal de trenes. Ideal para una noche de descanso. Las instalaciones son pequeñas, las opciones de snacks son muy pocas, la colchoneta de la capsula es delgada y no pude ajustar el aire. Los baños estan muy cerca de las capsulas y eso hace que se escuche algo de ruido, soportable para mi.

Its clean. The sound insulation is terrible, and the type of people who stay there often makes the experience even worse.

I have never stayed in cubes before but my brother and I decided to try it. It’s only 7 minutes walk from the train station and close to main attractions. The staffs were very helpful and the place was so clean. The bed was very comfortable and once the door is closed, you have complete privacy. They also put out some fresh apples and oranges for guests to enjoy and have a fridge to label and store your food. Nothing

I was a little nervous about the stay because I had never stayed in something like that but I was pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of shared women's bathrooms and they were kept very clean. Manuela was amazing. She works during the day to check you in and also cleans all morning. Every time someone used the bathroom she rushed in to make sure it was clean for the next person. Everything was spotless. She thoroughly cleans the capsules after check-out. She's very friendly and helped us with any questions we had about Madrid.

This hostel had the cleanest shared bathrooms of any hostel I've ever stayed at. The bathroom was spotless, spa-like, and smelled good, which is so rare in a hostel! This bathroom was nicer than a lot of more expensive hotels and airbnbs I've stayed at. The capsule itself is cool, I thought it was super comfortable. I was told I was upgraded by booking.com to a double room (thank you!!), which I thought was the perfect size for one person. A smaller room might have been less comfortable. There was free water, snacks, and drinks available for purchase, which was very convenient. The eating area is a little cramped and placed with a majority of the lockers. I ended up not using my locker since I'd have to go to the reception area to access it and that made me uncomfortable. I ended up sitting in front of someone's locker while eating and it was awkward for everyone. I felt like I was being rushed to check out and got a knock on my pod at 10:40 to tell me that check out is before 11 am. Since it was still well before 11 am, that felt unnecessary.

Privacy and security of a capsule, quieter and more secure than a typical hostel. Large enough for me to sit up easily but I’m only 5’4”. Capsule had poor ventilation but opening the door for a few minutes made it cool off

The price and the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The reception and bathrooms were clean. The pods are in bad shape. The A/C barely works, no ventilation whatsoever, we were sweating like crazy the whole night, pillows are very uncomfortable, can’t turn of the light of the clock. If someone is sleeping on top of your pod you will feel, hear and notice every movement, breathing or vibration up there and it will wake you up a lot during the night.

Very close to the train station. For a night or a short visit on a budget it is good. I wouldn't stay for a long period. I missed another bathroom to wash teeth and get ready to go bed.

Even though was in a capsule, was still noisy (snoring, voices)

Amazing comfortable futuristic capsules with incredible location. The bathrooms are extremely clean as well, and the staff super friendly!

The capsule was small for two people and very uncomfortable. There was no sound insulation, and it's almost impossible to not make noise since all capsules squeak if you move even slightly.

This place is infested with bedbugs. Got bitten all over my body and nothing was done to help. Extremely noisy and with the pods you hear every thing people are doing and saying. Avoid this place

It is very clean, and the staff is nice and friendly! I would recommend it.

Close to the train station This property has bed bugs. I took a picture and showed it to the worker at the front desk and she said there were hikers there LAST week that brought the bugs. So people have been staying in this hostel for a week that did not get properly cleaned and fumigated. I was changed to a different pod but was grossed out so I left and had to go and clean all of my belongings. The hostel refused to refund the price of my stay even after not staying overnight.
