Quiet, modern and comfortable. Circuitous way to get to the room…up an elevator, down a long corridor, outside courtyard then into building and another elevator. It’s a lot to navigate early in the morning when leaving for the train station. Breakfast served way too late to catch early train. You should give the option not to pay for it.

It'a a neat and nice hotel with good & helpfull staff. I didnt like that they dont offer hotel slippers at the rooms & at breakfast they don't offer omeletes / eggs of your choice.

We loved the breakfast— it had many options to choose from. The room was very clean and comfortable. Not putting the drinks in the fridge beforehand for us to purchase— this limited our fridge space.

The bed was very comfy and the room was well laid out and spacious. The hotel staff were very nice. Access to the city is excellent. The breakfast was excellent, totally worth adding that to the room. Very convenient to Atocha. The restaurant had some nice selections for dinner if you don't want to leave the hotel. The neighborhood left something to be desired. Access to Atocha Station is a little odd, so call and ask for the best directions to get to the hotel because Google Maps will direct you wayyyyy off course.

Location and breakfast Rooms were a bit noisy. If you get a room in the second building, getting there is a bit confusing.

Location is excelent. Near Atocha train station where is direct bus to airport. There are plenty of restorans around. Not so expensive as in the center. More for locals, not always speaking English, but more authentic and good food. Also hotel have a good restaurant, All main attractions is quite close. 10-15 minutes walking. Royal palace - 30 minutes. Not so far. Don't need a taxi or metro. Madrid looks very safe place. Can walk everywhere at any time. Breakfast was good. Always fresh fruits. Rooms are more appropriate for solo traveler. I read about toilet door which didn't close completely. For me it was not a problem but if it is your first trip with your loved one may be think twice how comfortable it would be.
