Great location, comfortable rooms and lovely staff As a single female traveler there was a drunk man in the bar who became really uncomfortable, the staff were amazing in dealing with it but was unpleasant experience

Absolutely beautiful lobby and rooms, so warm and welcoming, and the staff are outstanding. Truly felt like a much more expensive hotel. Will definitely try to stay here again if I am back in Madrid.
