Everything was excellent. Clean, great location, great air con, super helpful staff and just in general a lovely place to stay. I got a message before we left where I had a chance to ask any questions/queries I had. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Nothing!

Me gustó la limpieza y que habían amenities, tanto en recepción para ofrecer, como espacios necesarios en la habitación para colocar maletas, ropa, entre otros, y en el Lobby también había un espacio para leer, para estar, y pasar el rato. Sí siento que el espacio estaba muy reducido. La habitación era muy pequeña, y no había espacio para colocar de manera extendida las maletas, o no había closet para situar la ropa tampoco.

Nos encantó este lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de atocha, del parque del retiro. Su personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Nos enviaron desde antes de llegar el link para hacer check in y la llegada fue muy fácil y rápida. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y limpias. Incluso al otro día salimos muy temprano en tren y nos empacaron el desayuno para llevar.

The staff welcome felt really great. The location is perfect to move around Spain by train and to visit the city main attractions. The restroom is quite small. However, we loved the sink outside the restroom because it allowed my family to prepare faster.

The hotel is listed on booking as having an airport shuttle. This is simply not true. They’re just talking about the public airport bus an 8 minute walk away. They make you predetermine a breakfast time slot….for a continental breakfast. The bathroom is tiny and thus hardly functional. The tiling choice with grout made it look kinda grimy. The small bathroom shelf had a layer of dust on it, which made me question how well the place is cleaned. This place got on my nerves.

The location was very convenient, with most of the main attractions within a 20-minute walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good value for €12, offering a nice variety of options. The only surprise was that the room was much smaller than I expected. Next time, I will definitely book a larger room.

First, the staff are exceptional. Maite, Vicky and everyone at the hotel are professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They make check-in and check-out effortless and are always available to assist with any questions or needs. During my stay, everything went smoothly, but it's reassuring to know that they are there whenever needed. Five stars for the service. Second, the rooms are remarkably quiet, spotless, and very comfortable. They have everything you could ask for, making it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Five stars for comfort and cleanliness. Third, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is essentially across the street from Atocha train station. The Prado Museum is just around the corner, and the Reina Sofía Museum is next door. El Retiro Park is a short walk. There are also numerous restaurants and cafés right outside the front door. Five stars for location. Finally, the breakfast served on the top floor is outstanding. The wide variety of food options, combined with the amazing views, makes it the perfect way to start the day. Five stars for breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend Sleep'n Atocha. It consistently delivers excellent service, comfort, convenience, and value, which is why I keep coming back whenever I visit Madrid.

The location is excellent for exploring the city. There are a number of restaurants within east walking distance. The rooftop room was set up for breakfast, but there is no bar service in the evening. The layout of the hotel is confusing because the floor plans are all different and it seems like walking through a Harry Potter movie.

It is close to the central train station. The family room is really small. The bathroom is smelly. Also, the they put two single beds to make it one queen bed. It’s uncomfortable to sleep.

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness and the bed was comfortable The step down to the bathroom - I was afraid I would forget about it in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom so I had to leave the bathroom light on overnight so I didn’t fall over it
