Radisson RED Madrid

Because of the strike, I can't stay at the hotel, so I asked them to move my reservation to another day or give me credit to use for future dates. They weren't helpful and wanted to keep my payment without helping me with my problem.

We stayed here before and after our trip to Salamanca. It felt like coming home on the second stay.

I've stayed here before, even before it was a Radisson. The location is excellent. The remodel done by Radisson is very dramatic, and makes it an enjoyable place to stay. The staff were wonderful.

But one issue was not clear in the reservation which is the parking of hotel because there is no parking service for hotel

El servicio excelente! Las personas muy atentas tanto en el comedor como en la Recepcion. Kiko, Yuvinka, Wojtek y Yuli son muy amables y atentos en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta incluso si después de esta estancia vas a otra ciudad, la cercanía a la estación de trenes de Atocha es perfecta. El desayuno es muy bueno. El servicio Ubicación Limpieza El desayuno Estar al frente de una discoteca, en ocasiones hay ruido en la calle que se alcanza a percibir en la habitación.

Great location and great value for money. Clean, good size rooms, good bathroom. Walkable distance from most attractions. Nothing… they just need a non slip bath mat in the bathtub.

The room was hot and we were barely able to sleep. We have asked for help 3 times with the ac at the end we barely slept. Food could have been better not a big fan of the breakfast.

Good location. They left a nice welcome gift in the room and water. The decor and lighting were a little stark. The rooms and hallways are dim and the black and white decor felt slightly dated. The rooms appeared clean, but also like they would benefit from a deep clean in areas.

This hotel is beautiful, well-appointed, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant are fantastic. The location cannot be beat - one block from the largest train station in Madrid and just steps away from The Prado and the National Art Museum - two of the best museums in the world. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and ample public transportation options.
