Nice location
-
Well located, close to important tourist places (the old center, Prado Museum, Botanical Garden). Close to Atocha Railway Station. Modern interior design. Kind staff. Small room. No refrigerator. Breakfast was served by a waiter (who was great and careful but didn't speak any language other than Spanish), but it was extremely simple and any extras had to be paid for.

Todo excelente

I liked the location and helpful staff. The cafeteria downstairs was nice to have as we had an early flight to catch and I found their scale in the lobby to be helpful. The facility was exceptionally clean and inviting. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

The property is in a great location especially if you’re arriving from the Atocha Train Station. It’s a 5 minute walk once you get out on the street level. The front desk staff is very nice and accommodating. So close to major attractions such as the Prado, Sofia de Reina and Thyssen museums and El Retiro park is right across the street. We were able to leave our luggage at the desk when we checked out before our train and it worked out well. Everything was very clean. The walls are very thin and you can people above and outside the room very easily. Very small quarters such as the hallways and elevator are very tight and narrow. The room we booked looks nothing like the pictures on booking which appears much more spacious than it was. We had two bedrooms and three terraces which sounds nice but because it was so hot outside, I think the terraces let in more of the outside heat and so the main bedroom was much warmer which made it difficult to get comfortable at bedtime. The bathroom is small but manageable

Clean comfortable with good AC and a helpful staff The bathroom was clean functional but was very small and the glass shower door leaked. A pocket door or sliding door would have been much better than the inward opening door that barely cleared the toilet.

The room was not completely quiet. Sometimes I could hear voices from the other rooms and noise from a machine. However, it was quiet at night, and I slept well.

Amazing location on Paseo del Prado. Small lift, AC was slow to climatize room.

It was a pleasant stay and the location is perfect

The location was absolutely fabulous as several museums were just a few minutes from the hotel. Could alsways come back for a quick rest before moving onto to the next one. Lot of good restaurants nearby that satisfied me. The room, thoug very clean and maintained, is pretty small and a twin bed was a little small for someone who is over 6 foot tall.

Great location near train station and museums. Nothing!
-
Great location next to museums. Very quiet for downtown. Nothing

There was a dispenser for shover gel, but it had no gel in it. Room had marks on the wall, and overcall condition was pretty shabby.

The breakfast and the room was a bit shabby

Nice location. Friendly staff. Small bedroom. Smallest bathroom ever.

The location was an excellent. Walked for 3 days all over Madrid The morning breakfast included was a pleasant surprise. Nice to get our day going. But the staff were in different to foreigners. Locals seated served and left before we got our meals.

The location is great Very small bathroom !

I really liked our location, the size of the room, the staff and of course the breakfast was excellent. I just wish that there was a TV in one of the rooms I slept in We stayed in a family room, which had a door between the two rooms and only one of them had a TV
