This boutique hotel is in the heart of the Art Triangle, opposite the Prado Museum and 1640 feet from Atocha high-speed Train Station. There is free Wi-Fi. All rooms at this design hotel have a flat-screen TV and Nespresso coffee machine. They are designed by famous interior decorators Sandra Tarruella and Isabel López. Rooms at the Radisson Blu Madrid Prado are fully air conditioned and soundproofed. The private bathrooms all include slippers and a bathrobe. The restaurant is a characteristic Spanish food & Tapas restaurant, it is located on a little public square at the entrance of the hotel not in a patio. The hotel has a superb location just minutes from the Thyssen and Reina Sofia galleries. It is by the Caixa Forum cultural center.

The breakfast was tasty. The staff were very helpful and available. When problems arose they fixed things very quickly. The building was clean. The spa was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and stayed cool in the heat. No complaints.

Unfortunately we ran out of water in the evening. It was solved by morning. However, coming back to the hotel after an entire day in sunny Madrid was disappointing.

Amazing stay: staff, breakfast, indoor pool, room all was bright clean and breaks new. Right across the street from Museo del Prado. Many important spots are walking distance I didn’t like it, I loved it :D

I found the decor very dark and sombre. Disappointed that the pool was €23 euros for one hour as the spa was the reason I booked this hotel.

However, the room was not very clean, which was disappointing. The facilities were below expectations and quite limited — there were hardly any amenities available. Overall, the staff were the best part of the experience, but the hotel could definitely improve in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
