Great location near Prado, Reina Sofía, and botanical gardens. Stairs from street to front desk can be a challenge with luggage, but you can request help.

Polite and efficient staff, especially all the porters The decoration with all the straw mirrors etc made the place look cheap, think Thailand by the sea rather than the centre of Madrid.

In a very good location. A large room. Really good breakfast with very helpful waiting staff - I was able to order an individual coffee and egg dish. Reception staff very friendly. I think the bedroom interior design could probably benefit from a bit of re-thinking.

The location is walking distance from the train station - a long walk, but doable. Nice modern rooms. Very quiet soundproofing. The room was lit up at night, because of various sensor lights and the mirrors reflecting them. Bed mattress is too firm for side sleepers.

Great location, great staff and the room was very big and nicely finished. We had to move rooms because we could hear the subway (my wife is a light sleeper). The staff immediately moved us up and floor and were very helpful.

Comfy bed and spacious room Poor soundproofing from the windows — outside noise comes through quite clearly. No slippers or bathrobes provided in the room. A large staircase at the entrance with no assistance offered for carrying luggage upstairs.
