Comfortable. Very near the station, and within walking distance plus good transport links to the centre. Nothing really. The room was quite small but perfectly adequate.

Convenient to the Atocha train station. Room had a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Shower was large with good water pressure. Stairs to the upper floor before the elevator (which went to the higher floors).

The location was perfect Food was very good, limited varieties but was very good quality. Stuff are very helpful The room was very small for two people. The shower sink was not draining water fast enough, causing water to go out the shower sink.

Location was very central and staff were very welcoming. They also helped with queries about the area and any issues we had. The bed sheets were not clean, and had dried stains in a few places. We had to ask for another to replace them with and we had to replace them ourselves too.

Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Excellent location - in the heart of the city center and across from Atocha train station. Nothing. Our experience was satisfactory.
