Muy buena ubicación, 5 minutos caminando desde el terminal de trenes. Check in es hasta las 12 a.m, pero les envié un correo ya que mi tren venía atrasado y el señor me esperó, así que muy agradecida. Si la pieza es pequeña y hay 2 baños y una ducha, pero por el dinero que pagué, está más que bien Los baños deberías limpiarse más seguido

The remote to the fan did not work and I was unable to open the window. There was no way to get circulation in the room. If you are claustrophobic, you don't want room #2.

Good Location near the Atocha Train station. It took three keys to get from the street to my room. The room was ok but very rundown.

The room and the place overall is smaller than it looks in the picture. It is very small and hot. There is no AC just fan, and it was actually quite expensive. I found a cockroach in my room.

The rooms need an update. The blankets should be better. And there was only one bathroom for 8 or 9 rooms

The staff was very rude and the door between our room and the outside was broken and could not close all the way so it was extremely loud in the room due to all the noise from the street below coming directly into the room

There was a place called Pando to buy breakfast, a few steps away. And the train station was close, that was good for me. I’m still confused by this whole business of using telephones to do everything. I don’t think there was a good way to get natural daylight in the room without letting cold air in.

People in reception speak only in Spanish. It can be a problem. I get room wiout windows, for one night it was ok.
