Great and responsive staff. The included breakfast is super. AC didn't work, but they shifted us to new rooms. Local Taxi stand was always bare, but it was easy to hail one on the main street.

Very clean and pleasant There was no kettle or coffee in the room—something I’ve never encountered before.

Good location, polite receptionist, clean room. Maybe better extra beds. Our childern slept on single bed wich had some sharp edges.

Very good location, near the train station. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. Room service drinks were not expensive and arrived quickly. Once the trains start in the morning you can hear them!

The staff were nice, the check in very quickly and there is four lifts to get to your floor so you never wait. And it is very close to the Atocha train station. I liked everything, I cannot complain.

Breakfast was good. Taxis right outside the hotel. Laundry next door and restaurants all around was a plus. Ac surely had a problem in our first room and we were moved to a new room which also got hot at night. Male reception staff were not as hospitable as one would expect.

Location, overall safe and nice property- 3 star grade They charge for late check out even by 2 hours. Could be a normal in spain. Parking also is charged.
