Great location, staff friendly and helpful, food good. Difficult with suitcases up the steps to the lift, security guard helped, but not ideal. Pool much smaller than I thought.

The staff were really friendly & very helpful. The rooms although small were incredibly comfortable & luxurious. The roof top bar was just awesome...the most beautiful view overlooking Gran view. Also the best position right on Gran Via next to the best restaurants & shops. Not sure if the room windows were insulated as the noise at night - especially the police sirens.

The location is great There was no proper control/security at the main entrance, there’s a person sat there but doesn’t ask to see your proof of room keys or if you’re just guests wanting to explore the hotel , because of the name CR7, many many people come into the hotel which is fine, but there’s people wandering around everywhere. It’s really badly organised. I think a lot of people are expecting lots of Cristiano memorabilia, and there’s very little. The food in the restaurant was good but the staff disorganised and uninterested.

The most outstanding thing (apart from the comfy bed, great pillows, clean room and excellent facilities) were the staff. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Nothing

The location is excellent, the view from the room is absolutely stunning, the bed is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is outstanding. I booked the stay with breakfast included I only had breakfast once because I didn’t really enjoy it. There was also an issue with the bathroom in my room, and the hotel lobby was quite small.
