Amazing central location, very good value for money. Rooms are generally fine and air conditioned. Staff was friendly and understanding. Rooms weren't always clean, and felt somewhat cramped. Toilet and bathroom setup is uncomfortable as the doors don't go all the way down to the floor, hence you can hear (and sometimes smell) everything from there - bathrooms were (in my case) located right at my bed. There is no laundry in the hostel itself. The common area wasn't clean.

Everything! The staff was all attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean, the locker system was good, the food on the morning was nice, loved it! It had air conditioning and on this heatwave thats a must!

The bed is very discomfort

The location is very close to many point of interest ,metro and markets The rooftop is closed,no space for smokers you have to go out on street ,no facilities ,beds discomfort and old ,housekeeper came to remove trash only and ,towel one piece during your stay if you need extra you have to rent it.

The room was too small for 4 people to share it. There was not enough space to put your things in. The beds were too old and clingy, also too little personal space.

I didn’t take breakfast. It looked really good. I decided to go out to a local bakery. Bed was comfortable with white cotton sheets and towel. Anna, who checked me in was very helpful with local recommendations and instructions on how to use the Metro to get to the airport. Location was great for restaurants and walking to the cathedral and other places. It was hot, so the A/C was quite welcome. Clean attractive spaces. The beds are noisy. The frames are somewhat flimsy so when the person in the upper bunk moved around, I got shaken a lot.
