The location of the hotel is great, central Salamanca, there s a side entrance to the mall. The staff doesn’t speak English, we had trouble understanding them and ordering the breakfast. Overpriced for the size of the room

The property and the room was super clean and amazing. The staff were great and the location of the hotel is perfect. During the weekend, I had to wait a little for the breakfast. Although there was an outdoor terrace but they did not use it. The weather was not that cold.

Overall satisfactory, we loved our room, the service from the front desk and concierge, the bar (mainly from the lady with the glasses) and the attention my child received (small gifts and all), which is something I really appreciated. The dissatisfaction was mainly food related, twice in the breakfast area and once in the lobby/hall area. Unsanitary food handling should not be permitted at all. And service should exceed expectations all the time.
