The location of the property was great, it was fantastic having a reception desk, onsite bar/restaurant and the swimming pool was lovely! Only issue we had was the fact that we booked an apartment for 4 people and the pictures were not clear how the second bed was set up. When we got there, we realized why. When the sofa bed is pulled out, it makes the living room completely impassable and the kitchen facilities inaccessible. If my husband or I had to go to the bathroom we had to climb over the sofabed and we could not access the sink or kitchen area because the bed opened up against the kitchen counter space. The bed was somewhat difficult to put back into the sofa as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but that was a struggle for us with the apartment. If it were just two people it would be perfectly fine, but that was not our situation. Be aware that if you need pool towels, you will have to put a 25 euro deposit for each towel. That was something we did not expect but was just a minor inconvenience.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. When we reported the maintenance issues, they responded promptly and even offered us complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the shower drain and the bathroom sink were both clogged during our stay. Although the staff tried to fix the shower drain over two days, the issue was never fully resolved. The air conditioning also did not work very well, which made the room less comfortable.

In the city centre and perfect walking distance from everything The rooms under the rooftop bar was noisy on weekends, staff moved furniture early mornings - probably to clean and you will not be able to sleep in if you had a late evening

Great location, kind friendly staff that got me into our room early which was super helpful. Nice roof top bar. Great to have a washer that also drys! The biggest downfall was the pool. It was only knee level depth throughout so my kids didn’t have an interest in “swimming” in there. But it was still pretty and had good vibes.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly. It is located right on the gran via. Omar is very friendly and attentive. I liked everything about the property and would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, from reception to the bar to housekeeping. Pool was nice (though more of a splash pool than swimming), terrace in a small suite was great to have, very clean, reception were all very helpful and location smack in the middle of all of the action of Madrid. Great spot - we hope to be back. We had a small suite and for four people, it was a little snug and sofa bed uncomfortable. The extra space on the terrace more than made up for the space issues but if the weather was poor, may have been a problem.

The futon couch was in an awkward location. Once it folded it out, it pretty much blocked the bedroom door so getting past it required sliding on the edge of the futon. Made nights awkward if you had to get up and use the restroom from the bedroom. Also the futon was very uncomfortable to sleep on for adults. Luckily my 10 year old kids didn't mid it since they're light, but I slept on it one night (200 lbs) and I woke up with a sore back. Other than that, everything else went well.

The location was perfect. It was in the center of the city. It was about 25 minutes to airport with taxi. The property was on the Gran Via and with walking you can go anywhere. The room was like a small house aonyou can have everything. You can even cook and do your laundry. The pool view was amazing and even though it was very low it was fun. The cleaning stuff forgot some keys and they didnt clean our room every day.

central location very small apartment, don't be fooled by the pictures. Apart from 2 people at the reception desk, the rest of reception desk personal were not responsive to our request about the ventilation system not working in the bathroom, the phone was not operational to reach the front desk, and they blamed it on an outside company to fix it. The ventilation system was not fixed, the phone was not fixed

Great space, great location, friendly staff. They don’t restock coffee in rooms, instead charging 1 euro per coffee pod for the machine they provided in your room.

Excellent location, also well balanced between roof terrace, the comfy kitchen with washing machine and great restaurant downstairs throughout the day -

The staff, especially Hedda at the restaurant and Lisa at the reception, were super nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much and we would definitely recommend it. Nothing

The location is unbeatable. The property is spotless, and the service was excellent. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gesture for my mother’s birthday—a bottle of champagne and a piece of cake were sent to our room, which made our stay even more special. We also forgot some workout supplements, and the next day they sent us a WhatsApp message to let us know they would keep them safe until we arranged shipping, with no time limit. Excellent service
