We had a wonderful stay at this riad. After a long day of traveling, we arrived tired and Zakaria welcomed us with Moroccan mint tea. I genuinely think it was the best mint tea I had during my entire time in Marrakech, possibly the best mint tea I’ve ever had! The entire team was exceptional. Zakaria, Jamal and all the other staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, polite and flexible. They were always willing to help, including with the logistics of our luggage when we left Marrakech for a desert tour. The riad also offers useful services such as airport pick-up, which made everything much easier. The location is perfect. The riad is on a very quiet street, so at night we couldn’t hear any noise at all. There are great souks just around the corner, and we could easily walk to the Medina, many of Marrakech’s main attractions and several excellent restaurants. The riad itself is beautiful, with traditional Moroccan architecture and decoration that really makes you feel like you’re in Morocco. We also had massages at the riad and had a great experience, the women who did our massages were lovely. They also serve food at the riad, including room service, which is very convenient when you don’t feel like going out. One small point worth mentioning: because of the traditional architecture, our first bathroom had limited ventilation, so steam tended to build up and there were some minor signs of moisture/mold. This was a relatively minor issue compared to the overall experience, but improving the ventilation would make an already wonderful stay even better.
