There are some genuinely strong positives. The reception staff are exceptional. They are available 24 hours, always responsive, calm, and helpful no matter the situation. They handle problems seriously and with respect, and honestly they would fit perfectly in a much higher-end hotel. The management is also present and involved. The main administrator checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated. Cleanliness is another major strength. The hostel is cleaned every single day, thoroughly. You can clearly see the effort from the cleaning staff, especially one lady who works very hard to keep everything spotless. Most of the time the place is extremely clean. The only moments where it drops slightly are late at night when many people use the kitchen and bathrooms at the same time, which is expected in a shared space. The beds are comfortable, feel quite new, and are made with good materials. The common area is functional, and there is a proper workspace if you need to work. The WiFi is reliable with multiple access points, and I had no issues using it for work or daily use. ***Important*** Now the main issue, and it is a serious one, is security inside the rooms. This is something future guests should not ignore. During my stay, my flip flops were taken twice directly from next to my bed. The first time, a group of people entered the room and one of them used them without asking, while the others tried to hide it and blame the cleaning staff. Only later did they admit it and return them after confrontation. The second time, a different person took them again while I was sleeping and later claimed he thought they belonged to his friend, even though they were clearly placed next to my bed and drawer. More concerning than that, I overheard conversations from some guests openly talking about stealing from others, especially tourists they considered easy targets. In one situation, two people saw my drawer with a laptop, ipad and 2 phones and commented that I would be an easy victim when I was not around. I understood this because I speak their language, but they did not know that. I also heard someone describing how to access belongings by lifting the mattress instead of relying on the lockers. To be fair, I informed the reception and they took it seriously. They offered to store my valuables in a private area and suggested changing rooms, although it was not immediate. The staff did what they could within their limits. The issue is not the staff, it is the reality of a large shared dorm with many people coming and going. There is no real control over who you share the room with, and not everyone has good intentions. My advice is simple. Do not leave anything valuable in the room, even if it feels hidden or stored. Be careful with your belongings at all times. Overall, this hostel has excellent staff, very good cleanliness, and solid facilities. But the lack of real security inside the rooms is a significant downside that needs to be taken seriously.

Lots of free parking areas, but you may have to drive around to find a spot, can be busy.

Muy limpio y tranquilo, y una recepción maravillosa. Everything was excellent—quiet, clean, and the reception was wonderful.

The beds are the most comfortable bed mattress with the most comfortable pillows "in town". And I mean the sheets and pillow cases also. The quality of material is far above the average... I didn't enjoy it when the hot sun was beaming through the etch glass window near my bed (in room "A") and I figured that particular window needs a curtain to open and close whenever needed.

Price, friendly and helpful staff, very clean facility. Before arrival, I messaged via Booking messaging requesting one lower bunk. The response was to ask staff on arrival, giving us no assurance of a lower bunk, which caused anxiety for my friend who physically cannot climb into an upper bunk.

    Friendly staff. Clean place.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

The cost was reasonable. The staff was helpful. The plug and small shelf in the bunk bed was useful. The lockers were large. The shower had feces in it in the morning. There was no toilet paper in one of the toilet stalls. The towels were €3 each and one of our two was threadbare. The large lockers were noisy everytime someone slid one from under the bed.

The front door. Specially walking out of them and never looking back at this **** of a place. (The missing word is ‘joke’) First of all, they’re super slick with the name of the place because I’ve heard and seen it called 3 different names and I guess that’s smart if you’re trying to hide shady business practices. Insane price hike to take advantage of scarcity of accommodations. No outlets in the rooms(!?). Perfect location if you basically don’t wanna be near anything worth seeing. Nothing open anywhere nearby after like 7. Ever heard of intermittent fasting? Well I present to you intermittent Wi-Fi. Why be connected whenever you need to be?? Maybe they’re just old school and wanted me to play outside like a normal kid. Anyways, let’s continue. No lockers, door locks, room keys, or even a lock on the front door. You just gotta trust ‘the guy’ ‘staying up all night’ watching the door. When I got ‘there’ some guy directed me towards another location a few blocks away to an unnamed building which is clearly and literally still under construction. I had to help the staff carry IKEA furniture ffs (only did it because the lady was really nice and seemed terrified of the owner and how we talked to her). Then the next day I’m in the common area until roughly 5PM which to be fair is pretty late, however, if you travel and stayed at hostels before (make no mistake, this is a hostel: bunk beds, common areas, showers. A hostel.) you’re aware that they’re super chill about you being there all day, if you wanted to, coordinating your next moves etc. I’ve even slept on the couch at several hostels because I was unsuccessful finding a place and they were fully booked. Well not this hostel. The guy calls the lady and she hands me the phone and the guys asks how many nights I booked. After I tell him just one and that I was having dinner while finding another place to stay which wouldn’t take long (mind you I was the only person downstairs in the bunker-like commons/toilet/shower area) he proceeded to yell and tell me to get the f*** out of his place and progressively raised his voice.

The place is super clean and the staff was extra friendly, the area is super quiet also and it’s really close to center with public transport. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Exceptionally clean. Smells so nice! Very pristine looking. Perfect temperature in the rooms..not too hot , not too cold! I like having the curtains on the beds. In my opinion, every hostel should have these curtains. You can buy earphones here and razors to shave. Probably the nicest smelling hostel I've ever stayed in out of 11 countries I've been to. The location! Reasonably close there are supermarkets like Dia and coffee shops. There's a small shopping centre about a mile away. I don't mind the distance if I'm honest. Sometimes I need a break away from the crowds in Madrid city centre.

Staff were great and it’s very modern Location isn’t great (30mins by public transport to the city centre) and the showers are not very private.
