No mention of NO elevator in any advertising material, and we were on the 4th floor. had to carry our own bags up. The door lock was broken - they did fix it quickly - and about 1/3 of the bathroom door was rotting away.

Rooms were nice and clean. But they do need upgrading, paint and furniture. They only thing I wished they had was a kettle in our room. The location was excellent Value for money

Staff were lovely and the location was good It was definitely not the cleanest, we did find bugs and the room didn’t feel too secure, however for the price you can’t complain too much!

Location is very central ie, close to shopping, restaurants,lake and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also its extremely close to the Chabad House Spacious room and bathroom and very comfortable bed the room was somewhat basic and could do with a little updating

Not a terrible location and definitely a competitive price. Large room too. Good water pressure. The front desk was a block away so this felt more like a rooming house then hotel. Never had room cleaned or even saw a cleaning person in the 3 nights I was there.

100 year old beds. Dirty walls. Loud music from bar outside until 11pm

Location The water was brown and unusable during my stay here. I had to walk to the main building about a 2 minute walk to have a shower. One particular staff member was passive aggressive and attempted to give us dirty towels to use because we complained about the brown dirty water.
