FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark

Very confortable and clean room with aircon Hôtel vibe, super loud silly timetables for amenities, felt super crowded, food terrible and very unhealthy, almost no decent vegetarian options. Toboggans are not good and all the same anyway... Will never be back for sure.

The high restriction on the water slides as this is what we came for but all my kids not tall enough. Couldn't go on the slides, did t see any height restrictions on the website

We really enjoyed our stay very family orientated, slides and pools was good, location was good, 10 minute walk to the centre and the beach Food was ok but always cold there was a microwave there to warm everything up so I used that,

The food was excellent with a wide vary of options. The staff were very helpful, professional and and always had a smile! Also the activities and shows were great fun. The room was very "tired" and had a few things broken....but we were only there to sleep so didn't bother us much. Also a shame that the pools close at 18:00 every day. If it wasn't for these, I would have given it a 10 rating.

Water park was good for kids It was very crowded, you cant find a seat next to the pool, food is in low quality, restaurant is very crowded and noisy because of the chairs type, and there was a calm restaurant with good chairs but you have to pay extra! It was a bad experience and the place is not recommended i had to wake up at 5:00 am to reserve a seat at the pool

Nothing For 1950 eur for two nights, and receptionist tells me to prepare beds for kids on my own.

Same food in every breakfast n lunch , mostly fries n spaghetti, my kids were disappointed and no cocktails in all inclusive not even mojito. Same food almost every day specially breakfast and lunch just fries n spaghetti nothing for vegetarians except salads. Not even pizza!!!!!too much costly but zero service for all inclusive and no cocktails were included in all inclusive. Not even mojito . Very bad experience

The pools and slides were amazing We stayed 1 night and glad we did, not much else unless you want pools all day. Food was same for lunch and dinner. The room we got was facing the bins and back street, was quite scary for our kids as they were making alot of noise very late at night. Probably more suitable for people with no young children. You can also hear every noise so impossible to sleep. The main thing was the strong sewage smell around the kids mini pool with slide, it was so bad it made us feel sick

Locatio was good Worse think there were cockroaches in the room once we discovered we left to another hotel after a 4 nights stay , also lizerds in the balcony keep coming at evening The air conditioning was off, and it was quite hot . To use the safe , u need to pay 5€/ day, and it is not fair as it is in the room you paid for Husband jeans whent missin Towels for the swimming pool were not available The food was the same every day and not good. Give me a stomach ache I'm never going back there I do not recommend this place at all
