The staff was not super helpful. Our rooms were supposed to be ready at 3pm and took over an hour to be ready.

The surrounding isn't the prettiest, but if you do stay here, book a room with the pool view it's much better than the other side looking at the old neighboring buildings that look pretty crowded. I didn't get a room with pool view and I regret it. Important.... If you need the rollover bed underneath the couch in the living room, check it, ours was so dusty, fury, and some trash was under there... we pulled it out and pushed it back in and just squeezed 3 in the 2 twin beds and 1 slept on the sofa. Tip: to turn the A/C on, the sliding door needs to be closed. This was definitely not the nicest part of Mallorca, but we were only there for 1 night so we just slept and bounced. The terrace with pool was nice and breakfast was good. You get what you pay for here. Sound proof isn't that good, there were young guys just coming back to the hotel around 3 AM and being loud in the corridors that woke me up.

Breakfast Checking in to the hotel! Complete luck of privacy , people can see personal information on a big screen email phone address ect ! Not acceptable!!! Stuff is overworked! One person handling front desk and bar! Confirmation numbers often do not work!

Cocktails were only available for a few hours a day, other than that everything was great.

The breakfast it’s really good, open until late. Twin beds for a couple it’s not good, especially when the beds are moving all the time. It’s not a good experience for a couple! And the breakfast could be open at least at 7. I have to leave early on Sunday, I pay for it, but I cannot enjoyed.

Pretty pool area, open air gymn, good wifi, excellent burnch with long time open, modern enough equipment in rooms, friendly receptionist (young man there). Noise that those british and french 20-30y olds make when thay come to this city to party and drink. A lot of them are up all night and disturb other. Hotel security should interviene and demand them to be quiet at night. Pool area is closed with a chain and is open only few hours during daytime. Would have liked to take a morning swim and also after 19 PM but you cannot in this hotel unfortunately.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also pretty good. The entrace area is very nice, a lot of places to lounge and rest, bathrooms easily accessible, baggage storage area free of charge, except for the lockers (it costs 2€ to lock your items in a cabinet). The air conditioner did not work. It was hard to understand how the rooms were cleaned, because the beds were made and trash was taken out, but the floor was cleaned only once in 7 days of our stay. The room has a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, but no cutlery in the room, not even cups. Not sure where to get them from, the first floor? The bed was creaking. Our room had quite a big a draught.
