We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the property was clean and well-maintained, with good amenities. Right on the beach and surrounded with many good restaurants. The two pools were a highlight—very enjoyable, with plenty of fun sports activities that added to the experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated, though the coffee was quite disappointing. However, there were a few downsides. Our room was very small for three people; there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Communication with some of the staff was difficult due to language barriers. Some staffs had no issue talking in English. When we had a plumbing issue, it took seven calls to finally get it resolved, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, it’s a decent place if you're looking for a clean hotel with great recreational options, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication. For the price we paid, I expected a little more. Maintenance service, Coffee, some annoying staff that stopped you every day to talk about the pricing program.

We had an ocean view which was nice and the dinner/breakfast were nice too. For the amount that we paid the facilities incredibly old, the hallways made me feel like I was in the 1980s,and it was super loud, I could hear every footsteps, silverware clutter from downstairs, and I was on the second floor, people in the other rooms next to us. The “beach club “was super dingy in the pool was disappointing. The way the shower is designed it sprays all over half the bathroom.

Everything was amazing! Breakfast was good, staff were helpful and very nice, the room was clean, location is great!! 30 minute drive to palma which was good for us because we stayed most of the times in the streets of magaluf and the beach. It was a good value of the money! The only issue that the parking was always full.

The level experience was amazing with drinks, snacks, and more. Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. Amazing breakfast, restaurants and bars. Located right next to Niki beach club and a bus stop (very convenient because Ubers are hard to come by and very expensive). Rooms are gorgeous and clean, very comfortable beds, and hotel smells so good. Pool area is beautiful as well as beach area. Spa was amazing as well. I couldn’t imagine a better hotel.

Friendly staff, good facilities and food on offer Cleaning schedule which starts too early, but rooms are still not cleaned after 4/5 hours of being away and queuing to be seated for Dinner every night

Great location and facilities. THE RESORT STAFF WERE HORRIBLE, RUDE, VERY BAD ATTITUDE, WE SHOULD EXPECT MORE FROM A HOTEL OF THIS QUALITY. NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY AT ALL.

Very aglomerated at the breakfast when the terrace was closed because rain and wind. In a few evening at dinner the personal is not enough and nobody take my order for drinks.

Vicinity to the beach, breakfast and dinner buffet variety and order, housekeeping services, effective check in service, Rituals toiletories Variety of food in snack bar was poor and very basic compared to rich cuisine of Spain, seaside brasserie reserves all seaside tables at day time when there is no traffic, towels were not available as there is no card system, there is no changing cabin at pool, lot of machine/system noise coming up to rooms on the road side, loud dog barking from garden opposite to hotel, frontal sea view was not facing the bay therefore smells, noises are received from road side, many umbrellas did not work or was cumbersome to open. It is difficult to find any taxis.

The sea view from the room, the location and direct access to the amazing beach made it unforgettable. The staff was always nice and helpful. The food was mostly tasteless (poorly salted and seasoned), but I know it's a matter of taste and the buffet has to accommodate people who might have sensitivities or allergies. The annoying glass wall separating the bathtub from the rest of the bathroom kept letting water out, but this is a complaint I have with most hotels!
