Dirty and old

The best hotel in Magaluf, gives a resort facilities with a beach club, adults only pool, lots of attractions for kids, including amazing kids club, kids pool activities. The location is top, right next to Nikki beach, great vibe during the day while calm in the evening. For the dinner they have live music in the restaurant which really makes it feel special, the whole hotel benefits from the amazing sea views. Lots of guests are returning there multiple times, which is a good sign. The cleaning in the room is superficial and sometimes the floors were not cleaned from the sand, balcony has never been cleaned. There were twice the case of not doing a room cleaning at all and we needed to talk to the reception. The reception helped proving some courtesy vouchers, but still this is something they must invest their attention it, as you don’t expect to follow up on cleaning. Otherwise the hotel is great and hope they improve the room cleaning capacity for the high season so that the customers experience is not impacted like ours.

I liked the hotel, right on the beach and in a great location. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. It’s not that I didn’t like it, but rather that I have some suggestions for internal improvements. The breakfast staff needs more training. Although the breakfast offers a wide variety of items, the presentation is not very appealing. The employee who prepares pancakes and omelets seemed overwhelmed. Instead of having separate stations for each type of product, it would be interesting to create two or three complete stations with all the items available. This would make things easier, as guests currently waste time trying to find where the products are located. I also noticed that the breakfast service paid separately was much better than the one included in the daily rate. The included dinner is buffet-style as well, but it leaves something to be desired. In any case, I highly recommend the hotel, except for people who do not like loud music. There is a beach club next to the adult pool area, and the music spreads throughout the entire area.

The Sauna was not working, I asked the technician to fix but unfortunately nothing ?

I like that it was close to the beach The rest, the services was very rude and impolite. The rooms were old and we asked for a separate bed and we got a normal bed so we have to separate ourself. In the room you have the sink and bathroom outside without door, if someone is in bed can see you taking a shower or going to toilet. The room were not very clean even so we have to wait 1 hour more for our check in as it was late and ofc no possibility of do late check out. There were a lot of drunk people around of the hotel and the service did nothing

the location and the facilities the noise is high. and I had a problem with registering

Good breakfast. Nice area near the beach for rent just 25 euros. Near night life, near shops. Recommend.

We stayed here for a week, and overall, we had a good experience! What we loved: The breakfast buffet was excellent — a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. I recommend booking a higher floor with at least a partial sea view — the sunrise every morning was beautiful The staff at the restaurant and hotel were friendly and attentive. No issues at all. The location is very convenient — there’s a bus stop right at the hotel that takes you directly to the airport, and they also offer a shuttle service. The pool and towel system needs better management. Each guest gets a card to exchange for a towel at the pool, and when finished, you return it to get your card back. Unfortunately, many guests place their towels on chairs by the “adults” pool early in the morning, then leave for hours to the beach, bar, or restaurant — essentially reserving seats they aren’t using. This left very few available spots for guests who actually wanted to enjoy the pool. It was frustrating to see empty chairs with towels but no people. The hotel should monitor this more closely: if you’re not there, you shouldn’t be reserving a spot.

Everything was fine

The elevators need whole renovations, very old and dirty. They sun-beds and chairs are not for free and we had to pay for it.
-
The hotel is a bit old. The lifts smell bad and broken. Good breakfast, nice swimming pools although not enough sunbeds. Rooms/ corridors/ lifts are old and need some renovation.
-
Every thing was so comfortable and clean Nothing
-
Bedrooms corridors dirty, impossible to have a chair at the pool, the beach chair were $25 each,

Every thing was so good and clean and so comfortable Nothing

Great location, nice and clean rooms and pool with a beach front. The beach is clean and sunbeds are available, however a bit pricey during the high season. The unavailability of staff to help during check out process as in my experience checked out early morning at 8 and they start duty later. The room service facility was mentioned to be available from 7am-10 or 11 pm but actually was not available between 10 am-12 pm as kitchen closes between official breakfast and lunch shifts. Some technical issues with the AC that was attended promptly but needs more attention for maintenance. Another issue with the tap mixers of both the shower and the sink that made reaching a warm water state a hard mission (however, I tried to manage without asking for maintenance)

Location The staff members were very rude and unhelpful

You should pay for bed near the beach. The room is not clean. I would not recommend this hotel.
