the lobby was nice was not clean, room was not clean, kettle had yellow water, there were ants everywhere, some staff members kept coming into our room and saying sorry and leaving. the cleaners came in and didn’t clean the room at all, they just replaced the towels and made the bed. and whenever we tried contacting the lobby they kept hanging up on us and were not helpful.

Depending on the season can be quite a party place

This place was so terrible. I didn’t like anything about it. 1. They gave us the key to a room that had a family already checked in (all their stuff was unpacked and after talking to them they had been there for days and had no intention on leaving) 2. They acted like it was our fault that we walked into a room with people already staying there - even though they gave us the key and the room number. When we told them what happened they looked at us like they were surprised but blamed us for going in? 3. Our real room has a busted back door slider on the ground floor. It was accessible from the back street and it looked as if someone had busted it in prior. It was held together with a single screw, that when we opened it the screw fell out and the door no longer closed or locked. We had three people staying in this room (one would have been on the pull out couch next to the sliding door). 4. Stains everywhere. Bed bug stains, dark brown stains, dark red stains. Unsure what they were but we weren’t waiting to find out. 5. We were a large group so needed 3 separate rooms. None of the safes worked. As people traveling internationally, we prefer to lock up our passports, cash and expensive items when we leave the room. None of the three separate safes worked and there was a man checking out when we were checking in who said the same thing about his room. 6. The staff was overall unfriendly and unhelpful. We told them about these issues and they didn’t care. We told the our rooms were so bad that people cannot stay there and they didn’t care - said ok and took our keys back. We asked them about the amenities offered online and in their long and they said they didn’t exist.

It was clean, spacious & comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning, absolutely loved it. We booked room only but we were able to pay in the restaurant each day of our stay, for the breakfast, very reasonably priced and lots of different food to choose from. The pool area was amazing, so clean and fresh and all the staff so helpful and friendly. no dislikes at all

Tracy is amazing!!! The rooms are so clean The view is beautiful The hill to get to the property is like a ski slope loool! Great work out but for disabled / wheelchair people I’d say no way! But please double check with the hotel the may have another entrance.. other then the ski slope, everything thing was good .

The bedroom was comfortable with good cupboard space. Nice size bathroom Location on top of a hill. No parking facilities. Very long corridors to get to the apartment. Floor not cleaned very well. Very basic. Noisy at night. Sofa bed unusable as exceedingly uncomfortable.

Lovely new and modern apartments. Locate facilities for when you need to vacate room but also offer a late check out at a small extra cost which was great for us as flight wasn’t until 10pm. Up a very steep hill so beware and I wasn’t a lover of loud music playing round the pool the whole day but the youngsters loved this
