Location and air conditioning, and you have quite some space in the room with a balcony and bar with a beach view. It is also a five-minute walk to the center. The staff are also quite available and polite. Difficult to find any indeed. I am somewhat tricky with the breakfasts, and it could have been improved.

Location is perfect and views are amazing. Breakfast was so good. The mattress was so soft and not very comfortable.

Excellent views of ocean with easy access. Nice sized rooms with pretty good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. "spa" and gym were both small with minimal equipment/facilities. Son's room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains which were never addressed properly.

The location is very good. The breakfast was good. The hotel is not a 4‑star hotel; the 4 stars are only for the location.

We would definitely come back. Hotel and rooms is a bit old (however, it's clean), small LCD TV in standard rooms. If your room has city view, forget about sleeping with open windows/terrace doors between 22:00 and 05:00 - noise from bars/clubs nearby is high. Other than that, everything was more than fine. P.S. Currently, hotel is closer to 3* than 4*.

The location is awesome, and value for money is great. The food was really good, nothing to complain. I wouldn’t say it’s proper 4 star property. For example, there are no kettles in the rooms, you need to borrow them from reception for money. I would expect this to be a standard room equipment in a 4 star hotel.

There's no boiler in the room and no tissues for daily use and no garbage in the room only paper toilet and bin in the bathroom..

Everything was amazing, location, breakfast soo good, rooms comfortable and clean, big bathrom,everything is like on the pictures, we were sea view When you check out early in the morning you don't get lunch package that is not ok because you payed for that breakfast, you get coffee and you can take some cookies and croissant, you are basiclly leaving hotel hungry

Good price for the value. Good food. Nice staff. Good location. Needs some renovation in some places. Sauna was breaking and was not especially hot. Visible rust in some spots. The room was hot and the AC did not work.

Food very poor for vegan options. Quality of produce questionable.

Great hotel, a nice variety of food. The all inclusive is worthy. No a lot of vegetarian options in lunch and dinner

Location, only Shower was cold (I stayed 4 nights and they could not fix it or change my room), room is small, parking is small (could not park my car all during my whole stay), towels were old and ripped.

The beach in front of the hotel is very clean and everyday they clean the sand. The staff is helpful. Breakfast was also good but everyday is almost the same meal. There is no double beds. Two twin beds are combined, and it is uncomfortable. Often outside is noisy if you leave the window open.
