Hotel Seramar Comodoro Playa

The property was great. Our room was gross and beat up. Room 412 has floorboards rotting and about to fall off near bathroom, a door that’s been punched or kicked and painted over. The shower area felt old and dirty.

Location, staff, rooms, view..and it was my birthday during my stay..and they have surprized me with a cake and a bottle pf champagne..thank u guys ur the best Nothing

Breakfast is very varied, impressive and the Restaurant has an amazing view. The location is very good as far as access to the beach, directly from the pool and also various shops and restaurants/cafes. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. There is a small fridge in the room and a kettle with limited coffee/tea but adequate. The pool is nice and has a variety of sun and shade. The Jacuzzi's on the upper deck offer an amazing view and tranquility. Lovely balcony overlooking the beach and resort. Great to watch the world go by. Sunrises and sunsets over the water are beautiful. There are many return travellers, some go to this Hotel 3+ times a year. This is our second time and we will happily go back. The beech is kept very clean and also the promenade which is lovely to walk along. Beds are pretty hard, even for my husband that likes a firm bed. Unfortunately you get a lot of noise from the beech, sometimes all night long. Luckily you can close the patio doors and put on the air conditioning, so you end up getting used to it. They could do with more Hotel entertainment. It just seems to be on once a week.

Great location on the beach with a grrst pool. The room i stayed 510 had a beds that should be in the garbage they where so uncomfortable inbarely slept and the air conditioning worked on and off. If I wasn’t so tired and busy from my travels around the island i would of made a bigger fuss. For the price they should consider updating beds. beds in room where like army cots . ive slept on more comfortable couches or sofas. The staff in the lobby must be use to riff raff they charged us for ice and for pool towels (deposit) For 300 euros plus fees they should be better. The breakfast was included but we never used bc struggled to sleep in the crappy beds, there was no substitutions so book without breakfast or food bc there is a supermarket and a million stores in the area that serve the same stuff. The staff were displeased that you couldn’t tip with credit or debit card and wanted cash only but most foljs didnt have so it was a bummer for the hard working folks. fix up the place ut getting run down.

The location of the hotel, how close it is to the beach. The view from the room was just amazing (high floor: 7 ), same as the view from the restaurant. Breakfast was good, with wide range of snacks, fruits, desserts and food, including option to ask for an omelet with different staffing. Dinner was great with big selection of side dishes and snacks/dessert, main dish being different every night. Stuff very polite and kind. Room big enough (21m2) , big closet, balcony with fantastic view, good bathroom - although it is smaller than it looks on the promo pictures. Solarium/VIP lounge is super great with jacuzzi - perfect for taking a relax after beach before dinner, or just stay all day long . Pool nice and comfy, tasty cocktails. Room cleaned daily Hotel overall is great, and really recommend it, but some details already require renewal and refurnish, bathroom, room it self. Nothing critical but you can see it in details, giving the price. As it is windy some times (which is not an issue) on the balcony the might be small amount of sand, so naturally you will bring some in to the room , or walk bare feet and bring some dirt in. But room cleaned daily, so not a really big deal

We didnt enjoy our stay here. The room had a damp smell. When we first checked-in, the room they gave us had wet sheets. They changed rooms but just wasnt overly impressed with the spread-out layout of the buildings and beach area. Great for a long weekend for value but dont recommend overall. We didnt have a rental car and it's a bit more remote than we wanted.

Location,pleasant staff.heated pool. Food. For 3 nights on the run it was thin sliced chicken or fish on the grill, the next night sliced beef and for the rest of my 7 nights it was chicken again. There was other options but the grill food needs more variety. Food cold. There was a storm and water was coming into my bathroom I reported it in the morning nothing was done and told the cleaning staff and they cleaned it up.

Great view, strong WiFi signal, excellent location and view was amazing from balcony Smell of drains, floors in the room were dirty not mopped well.

The beach just in front of the hotel, the room view, beds big and super comfortable, good breakfast and dinner.
