spacious room, with a balcony with an amazing sea view. We got to check in early as our room was ready, the two pools are amazing, counfy sun loungers, there was always space. the breakfast is one of the best if not the best I have had in a hotel, with a chef making your eggs on demand. staff were so lovely, location was perfect, walking distance to 3 different beaches. large bathroom wortop for all your toiletries and they let me use the pool the full day after I checked out as my flight back was very late. only minor negatives were the noise coming from the corridor, you could hear everything, but all good with ear plugs, and the lifts which were pretty slow.

Unfriendly staff not everyone, specially 2 recepsionist, room was not cleaned when we arrived ,there was hair in the floor, balcony was with dust and not properly clean, You have to deposit 10 euros to use the iron, unnormal for me. A big hotel should have paid parking, but it did not you have to pay 15 euros /day. You need 50 euros deposit for the car bip parking 10 euros for pool towel etc.

We loved the location, the service, the breakfast, and the amenities.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

We requested our rooms be located close to one another, there were 8 of us 4 couples, they give us rooms all next door so we were over the moon. The staff were all lovely, rooms were comfortable and clean, pool areas were lovely. Tea bags in the room were all green tea, no breakfast tea. But it didn't ruin our stay, that's just the only thing i had a little twist about.

Great hotel, also breakfast was great

  • Engine customer May 2026

The location, staff and breakfast The beds only came with thin flat sheets instead of proper blankets or comforters, so we were actually cold while sleeping. I also believe the sheets were changed on our last night and they smelled unpleasant, almost as if they hadn’t been properly washed. I saw a roach go into one of the rooms despite being on the 8th floor. Overall, the room was very basic with nothing special, and I didn’t feel the hotel was worth the amount paid

Room was just good, as expected. Restaurant was nice, breakfast with many options, better than two other hotels we've been to. Staff was great, they arranged a charger for our electric car for free (they have it in their own parking lot, for which you have to pay) Not a comfy hotel, more practical. However considering that you will see mainly young singles and couples in the hotel, it is mainly oriented for party people, comfort is not what they need.

Extremely clean Sink broken and fixed very quick Staff very nice Food for dinner really good value Could hear everything in room. Room was by door where staff enter and leave while cleaning. Banging all day. Could hear beds been moved all over building. You will need ear plugs

Great hotel in a perfect location for nightlife – close to all the bars and clubs in Magaluf, yet surprisingly quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the staff was very friendly. Parking is available either for free in the street or nearby, or in the hotel’s private lot for about €15 per day. While it's ideal for those who enjoy going out, we used it as a base to explore the southern part of the island. Close to Palma and with quick access to the highway, it worked perfectly for us.

It says it's adults only but it seems like it's full of crazy teenagers.

Late night noises from close by attraction and neighbors

The property was in a superb location. Everything in Magaluf was in a walkable distance. I didn’t especially care for the room. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and they separated when I slept. The bed was also very loud with even the slightest movement because the legs were uneven. The mattress wasn’t too comfortable either. There were no air conditioning vents in the actual room, so I had to sand by the door to feel somewhat cool. I wouldn’t recommend going in peak summertime.

I have previously stayed at this property and loved it, so decided to book one night here when we revisited the island. We arrived late at night and were checked in to a room that someone had literally just checked out of. We paid full price for the room £196 and were sent to a room with no key card for the aircon/electric, bed was unmaid pillows and sheets dirty from the previous guests, filthy bathroom no clean towels, no toilet roll, fag butts in the tray on the balcony, rubbish in the bins, was a complete shambles. I went back down to reception to ask for the card, and express my dissatisfaction to be rudely and aggressively addressed by the man who named him self “who” at reception and my comments were completely dismissed! My previous stay.. The hotel is lovely, the food was amazing, the pool, beds everything I really looked forward to coming back! But this was a disaster and complete catastrophe of a mess. Such poor service from start to finish I will never come back! To be spoken to as I was by “who” is totally unacceptable. All witnessed and captured on CCTV. We were there no longer than 10 mins and felt for our safety to leave. I am now fighting for a refund and some recognition for the dangerous intimidating situation I was put it. As a 35 year old female I am flabbergasted to be writing this. I have never been spoken to by any man like I was and disrespected in such a way I felt at danger to stay any longer in that hotel.

Breakfast was a positive experience, with fresh ingredients, delicious smoothies, and a good variety of toasts. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room offers only the minimum in terms of amenities for a 4-star hotel, an upgrade would be most welcome. In the shower, there was only a single all-in-one product being used as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Providing separate, higher-quality toiletries such as a dedicated shampoo and body gel would greatly enhance the experience. There was no iron for clothes in the room. The safe in our room did not work for some reason. Additionally, the ceiling showed signs of a previous water leak and could use a fresh coat of paint. We were also given separate beds that tended to slide apart. The bed frames themselves felt unstable and made noise sometimes with small movements—this could be disruptive for light sleepers such as myself. While none of these issues were major on their own, attention to these details would go a long way in improving the overall experience...

Very clean, at an amazing spot, would definitely come back. Soundproofing could be better.
