The AC did not work. It blasted hot air the entire time and we all woke up in a sweat.

Location. Reception staff Initially, I encountered ants in my first room, which was quite disappointing. The hotel staff was very helpful and moved me to a different room, which looked clean and renovated. However, on the third day in this new room, I found ants again. Additionally, I discovered a cockroach, which was quite concerning. My room is located directly above the hotel’s restaurant, and I suspect that the pests might be coming from there. This not only affected my comfort but also raised concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. The staff recommended keeping the balcony door closed to avoid ants, which limits the use of the balcony, especially in warm weather. Overall, I believe the hotel needs to improve its pest control and ensure consistency in room quality.

Nice and clean good pool area Too many noisy children some kind of tournament going on. Food didn’t look very good . The walk uphill a little hard.

Great location , lovely room and great value. No hot water , patio door didn’t lock , but was mended during our stay xx

Spacious room No hot water - went to reception and they said they would send someone - no one came. No hot water for whole stay! Room very tired.

I preferred to have our garbage collected daily. This was the only inconvenience during our 4 day stay - the room mate did not come to collect the garbage.

Great value, friendly, clean and tidy with a nice balcony area with table and chairs. Little kitchen with basic equipment and supplied washing liquid etc. Places to sit around indoors and out. Quite a young vibe overall.We didn't use the restaurant, just needed a couple of nights before going somewhere else and it was great choice. It's up quite a steep hill.

The view on the see the kitchen facility in the room the mattress was too soft. A/C was not working in the room The room was not clean wall insulation very bad, we have been numerous times waked-up by people shouting in the corners in the middle of the night. We could even hear our neighboors.

The hotel itself was very good—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with complete amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our experience enjoyable. There were a few downsides. We were aware of the ongoing renovations, as it was mentioned on their website, and we were told the noise would be minor. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, it was loud and constant every day, which affected our overall comfort especially that we have a baby. Another amusing issue was the receptionist repeatedly reminding us to dial number 9 if we needed anything, only for us to realize there was no telephone in our apartment, even after asking twice. Despite these inconveniences, we still had a good time.

Basic clean room good location but not for the less abled due to being on top of the hill. Construction works going on which was noisy and woke us up but we knew this before hand. Friendly staff and nice pool area

Location was good in between Palma nova & maguluf. Although you wouldn’t want to stay here in peak season unless you’re young & into partying. DO NOT COME HERE UNTIL RENOVATIONS ARE FINISHED!! Unless you like being woke up every morning at 8am (including Sunday) to the noise of jack hammers, mixers, radios, drills, hammers & builders shouting. They are renovating the first floor and we were on the 2nd right above all the noise. The work continues relentlessly until 9pm. It is totally unacceptable for this hotel to receive full paying guests who have to endure this noise every day. We have been here 9 nights & it never stopped. We had paid extra for a Seaview room but that was pointless, as we couldn’t sit on the balcony as building dust kept blowing over. Couldn’t open windows or doors as the noise was ridiculous. We were also woken up a couple of nights from guests who thought it was perfectly acceptable to carry on parting in the room after the pubs at 3 & 5am. Hearing happy birthday sung at 5am by a bunch of drunks is not what you want. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A BUILDER & MISS THE NOISE OF WORK OR A YOUNGSTER WHO WOULD BE TOO HUNGOVER TO HEAR ANYTHING!!!! EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING. We did complain at reception but they said there would pass comments onto the manager & that’s the last we heard. I have taken videos of the noise but don’t think they will upload. Photos don’t show how bad it was We stayed self catering so can’t comment on food/drink. Pool was closed.
