Le service c'était formidable

The hotel was not terrible but they definitely have work to do. First thing to note is they hold $50 on your card for incidentals and they charge $10 per night for parking in a tiny side lot that isn’t even covered or secured and they don’t tell you this up front. Second, the rooms definitely need help. The cabinet where the fridge was was broken and wouldn’t close, the shower was less than spectacular, there’s no fan in the bathroom so it becomes a steam room and things weren’t exactly immaculate. The staff wasn’t very kind. We went to the cafe and asked for some silverware because our food was delivered without any and she gave us a dirty look and only one set of silverware. I had to go back and ask someone else and explicitly say we had 5 people that needed silverware to eat. And then last - checkout is at noon but at 9am the cleaning staff was letting themselves into our room very loudly waking us up abruptly on a Sunday morning. Not really what I would expect from a Marriott hotel at this price point.

Black mold in the bathroom, the A/C unit sounded like a race car driving through the room at random times during the night, stains on the bathroom wallpaper, the streaming services in the TV would not connect to internet. I understand they are in the middle of some renovations, but that is no excuse for mold, poor a/c units, stains and services not working. If I were staying any longer than the quick one night stop, I would have asked for a different room.

The only no good is the wedside say he oool is available bot is closer and is the only razón to book this hotel

Yes ! After a pleasant check in, comfortable nights rest, I awoke to a "COLD WATER FLAT !". I made numerous attempts and waited over an hour with no change in water temperature. The water coming out was ice cold ! I have yet to hear from a manager ?

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful.

There were bugs in one of the two rooms rented. Fire alarms went off and no hotel staff did sweeps, elderly and wheelchair bound taking elevators before clearance or percieved clearance as staff didn't come around and when fire trucks left people went back in. No memo or note of apology or update. Also we're not informed of parking fee.

Yes. They didn't not give us the room we booked (no sofa bed) then changed us to the room with no view, we booked with a view . Then gave us a bad attitude when we asked about what we booked. Also charged us for parking not disclosed and there was no pool

Lack of Amenities

Check in was very fast. Room was easy to locate! Property and room were very clean!

I was charged twice for parking even though we were only there from 8 PM until 11:59 AM, so it was only one night. This was my first time being charged for parking at a hotel, and I was surprised to see that I was charged twice for the same night.

Elevator was broken so they switched us to first floor with the view of dumpsters the key fob never worked and the bolt on are door was broke

yes, you did not tell us it was under construction. the pool was not available. the fire alarm is out dated as it went off at 11 oclock in the night. very frustrating.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch and entered 1 adult and 4 children in my reservation. Upon arrival, they gave us a room without a pull-out couch. They did not have a room to accommodate us.

Location We stayed on the third floor and there was no elevator. The air conditioner was less than satisfactory. The door closest to the side of the hotel we stayed was not working. Streaming on tv was not working.

Hotel in midst of refurbishment. Parking lot full of storage containers.

We arrived for a wedding with my kids. My son is disabled and has trouble with stairs. When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. The manager helped us find a room on the first floor that was an executive suite. It wasn't meant for a family but we made due. It wasn't clean or comfortable but it was a bed. Avoid this place at all costs. Its dirty the food isn't great and the service leaves little to be desired.

Bad

The hotel is very dark and outdated. The ceiling was peeling in our room. Our key never worked to get in the building or in our room. I am thankful that at least it was clean. Not worth the money.
