The room was spacious and very clean, and it was fun to see planes take off from the bedroom. The free pick up from the airport after a late night arrival was a huge plus. Everything was good. But since we arrived late night , it was inconvient to out in the morning for food. There was a vending machine, but somehow my US based credit card did not work. Some basic breakfast would have been great.

There was an issue with my room when I first arrived I was given a room that had not yet been cleaned and so I got reassigned to a "clean" room only to later find bugs crawling in the bed and bite marks all over my legs and back when i woke up the next morning. Again you get what you pay for but the bugs in the bed got to me!

Very close to Phuket airport. Hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Staff also informed me I could go through passport control at Phuket, despite not leaving the country from that airport (I had another flight from Bangkok to SFO). That was a very useful tip, which I appreciated. Would've been nice to have some instant coffee packs in the room. I purchased my own at a 7-11 nearby.

Large rooms, two balconies, sparsely decorated but highly functional, high quality bed linens, convenient to airport (and with excellent shuttle service). The downside of proximity to airport is aircraft noise - but the hotel has good quality windows and curtains.

Staff is very helpful with airport pick up, drop off and also offer drop offs around the area like the beach for a reasonable fee. It is very close to the airport and ideal for an overnight stay before departure. It was not comparable to many other places we have stayed in Thailand but for a 1 night stay before departure it is convenient.
