Very close to the airport

We liked everything but the only downside was no elevator but that’s not a big deal to be honest since there is only 3 floors

Walking distance from the airport and 7 eleven. If you have overweight luggage make sure you can able to lift because there is no elevator and one staff in the front desk . When I arrived at late night staff was very nice he picked me up from the airport with shuttle check me in and carried my luggage to the room . But during the day it was a female staff in the front desk alone and busy cuz people checking in . Also I don’t think she will help you with heavy luggage. But other that this hotel is great nice clean room with balcony. Easy access to anywhere

Close to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Shower water pressure was rubbish. Bed was hard.

We love the view the runway, and the airplanes outside that was a really cool view and beautiful balcony. The bed was super super comfortable the best I’ve had in Thailand thus far. And everything was clean. Everything was absolutely perfect EXCEPT there was not enough water pressure. That was an annoyance. As an international traveler visiting Thailand, it is nice to have a little bit of home like American channels or Netflix. Netflix is popular all around the world. You should have this as a channel so people can watch things right before they go to bed.

A wonderful and very comfortable hotel for recovering from a long travel day. The service was top-notch—the staff were so friendly and professional. The quality of the bed and linen made the rest feel truly luxurious. Perfect for recharging!

Easy to walk to from the airport. Cheap eats nearby. Great currency exchange place next to the 7-11. Bed comfy. Clean. No issues but be prepared to walk stairs.

The location was great. We were waiting for friends to arrive at the airport the following day so we stayed here 1 night after arriving around 8:30 pm. We went exploring the next morning and then we were dropped off at the airport to meet our friends in the late morning. Great place to stay near the airport. The staff were great even with the stairs to our room. They carried our heavy bag.

It was great value and across the road from Phuket Airport. Rooms were quiet while we were there but sometimes you could hear doors closing so it may get noisy in busier times. It is so close to the airport you can watch the planes take off. It was next door to a fantastic homestyle restaurant. It is only a good location if you want to stay close to the airport. The beach is about a 20 minute walk. The beach is beautiful but there was a lot of rubbish which was sad.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. With that being said, the walking route google maps showed us is no longer valid. The gate was locked and we had to walk around a long fence. Unfortunately Phuket does not have many sidewalks, so we had to walk on the road Too close to the take off lane, so it is quite noisy. The bathroom could be cleaner.

We were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, not easy handling the luggage up amd down the room
