Location 1) first day i was given a room which can be opened 2) water on the bathtub was brownish 3) AC was hot

The Room Was Good And Big, Had all the things i wanted, they have water kettle and also cups for you to make yourself a coffee, the view also good from the window, the staff is very polite and good, the location is really good The Blankets were not change only the bed sheets and pillow covers are changed, the floor also not get cleaned by room service, the towels are not changed sometimes too

The room was comfortable, the staff was nice through out the stay. The location was strategic. All the convenience stores can be accessed 24h by walking distance. Need to provide more variety of food on buffet. I was about to get the breakfast buffet but seeing the food, its not worth with the price. Also no specialty of local food at the hotel.

Breakfast was nice and various options from western to local cuisines. Location-wise, very near to Losari Beach Waterfront. Nearby to Damri Bus Stop if you are coming from the airport or vice-versa.

The hotel location is center point of makassar close to the main attraction. The room is big aswell

Location, value, clean Dreadful musak 16 hrs a day in all public areas. Too much single use plastic at breakfast and for water.

Good location, near to Losari beach only walking distance, so many food stall and kiosk around the hotel, good breakfast The distance between lobby to the room quite far and complicated, we have to take 2 different elevators, room looks old, towel and bed sheet need to renewal and AC was not cool even though we've already set on 16 degree celcius

Although beds were really comfortable, cleanliness was definitely not their strong side.. I gave 2 stars, because the windows in the room could not be opened. When we wanted to change the room, we were told that all the rooms had such windows.. Even if it's hot outside, fresh air is essential for some of us..

Location excellent. Very close to Losari Beach (perhaps correctly the promenade), eatery location and shops. Spacious room with no direct sun coming in from the window (otherwise will heat up the room during the day). Bed/pillow sheets with stains - do not know how the hotel wash it - but could/should you use bleach and wash at 90 C degree. Complaint about it and request to replace it. Room door of very poor quality and the handle via electronic lock have to be opened (from the outside) in certain way to get it open....however you'll learn and get used of it. To get to your room (10th floor - non smoking) you have to walk quite a distance to get there. Seems the hotel is combined with another via a long hall way.
