Nice modern hotel, quick laundry service, helpful staff: we arrived at night and the staff was still able to book us a trip for next morning and also same day laundry pick-up. Great location next to the waterfront.

Good location next to plenty of street food. - staff didn’t help with luggage so be prepared to lug your luggage up the steps to the hotel - staff didn’t respond to our request for an extra bedsheet or blanket. When we got to the hotel and asked in person, they refused - no drinking water in rooms - air conditioning wasn’t on prior to check in so room was super musty - uncomfortable beds

Perfect for one or two nights in Makassar. Central location, good breakfast and swimming pool.

Smoking area is separated and right next to the non smoking area in the dining area but the door was kept open so air quality was always poor

The staff, the cleanliness , and the location were all superb. The shower did not have hot water.

Modern amenities, clean, centrally located, close to eateries. Staff ok not accommodating as the Aston Hotel and Convention center, but for price decent value. If you want breakfast, the latter is exceptional value.

This hotel felt like a great value. The location, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded our expectations. Two of the rooms had an amazing view over the waterfront to the 99 dome mosque and beyond. The rooms were spacious, and spotless. Everything worked perfectly. It is a very short walk to one of the more popular sections of the waterfront walkway. It is possible to walk all the way to Ft. Rotterdam and the 99 dome mosque. There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. We had a car. Parking was tight but adequate.
