No smoking room still smelt of smoke and air filtering through the room was filled with cigeratte smell. The rooms can hear all the noise from the hallway.

There was an issue with the door lock. Unfortunately, the staff did not respond quickly. It was our initiative to ask to move our room otherwise our agenda did not go well. The door is broken and the staff did not respond quickly.

It was quiet. Surprisingly quiet. And the staff-Nambilla and Feis were exceptional-the BEST THING ABOUT THE WHOLE HOTEL ❤️ Now read the negatives. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. The only place I’ve stayed nearly as dirty as India. The room were dirty, the bed had hair and stains, there was black hot in the bathroom. It’s not hard to clean guys. iBIS used to be a great chain, but now the chain is dragging it down.

Nothing. Location maybe. We had a terrible experience in this hotel. Only the staff I can appreciate for offering us free breakfast. We changed rooms two times in two nights. First one had no shower water. Second one was too bad to list. Photos attached. Third one was okish but the smell of mould is all over the building. This is a 30 year old ibis left to abandon. Smell of mould Run down Smell of smoking in the room. No working electric sockets Rusty equipment Hard to believe, really.
