location front desk booked a taxi for me without my permission and then sent me an email saying driver could not find me and then wanted to charge me when i had to take a regular taxi.

Good hotel with big breakfast. The rooms are comfy. They called us when we forgot some of our luggage in the room after checking out. Breakfast area was very busy.

The location is pretty good. Close enough for walking along Losari. Also, near the Somba Opu shopping area. The view from the higher floor is quite good. Many options for breakfast but the taste are somewhat bland. The reception area would be designed better.

It's an old hotel, and the lighting was not bright in some parts of the room. The AC in the elevator is not functioning, but they have installed an air purifier machine; however, it's insufficient to cope with the heat of Makassar during the daytime.

Location is central with modern hotel, comfortable amenities in a spacious room. Everything is super clean. Staff is extremely welcoming, hospitable and very helpful with providing guidance and advice. Breakfast is good with diverse choices. I was able to use the pool to relax on the afternoon while waiting for my night bus to Rantepao. An excellent choice for Makassar. None

The location is good. The room was fine. Staff friendly. The pool on the 15th floor is impressive. The fitness also very well. The breakfast was only Asian orientated. It would be nice to present at least a fried egg for western people. The rooftop bar doesn’t look in any way as on the pictures on booking. There are only 2 tables en 2 chairs. Besides that you must be keen on the iron bolts sticking out of the floor on the terrace. The first eve we both had two beers. Than they were out off stock during the rest of our stay. The rooftop has a menu with an impressive number of cocktails… although none available. The restaurant on the first floor was a disappointment. It has the same - basic - menu as in the bar on the rooftop. And no customers there. If you want your drink to be put on your room, it is only possible if you give a payment in advance. The hotel had much more to offer but it isnt reaching that at all.

So welcoming, and staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and huge! We enjoyed the pool and access to the executive lounge with delicious afternoon tea. Breakfast was amazing and meals in the restaurant were good too. The bar was a little understocked in terms of spirits but beer selection was good.

Great hotel with good staff. The breakfast is also great, a very large variety of dishes is served on buffet. The hotel bar on the 19th floor serves you, on a ver friendly way, a cold beer to accompany you watching football games of the Indonesian first league or while listening to live music they have on stage now and then.

It’s close to the city centre. It is quiet (not near a mosque). I got a room on the 9th floor, far away from the bar on the 19th floor which sometimes may have night music. Spacious room & comfortable big beds. There is a water hose connected to the toilet bowl. There is a shower room and a huge bath tub. I have stayed in this hotel many times. It never fails to deliver good service. Very courteous staff. Fast check in & fast check out. Hair dryer in the room not working but they delivered a replacement pretty fast when requested. There is a blood stain on the blanket on this visit. Photo attached. It would have been better if there is a long hose in the shower rather than from a fixed top shower. Shower water pressure would be better if it had been a little bit stronger.
