Staff were hospitable and friendly but clearly need management direction Whole hotel is very rundown, lots of mold, one room had no hot water throughout the stay, another had no air conditioning. In spite of having reported these problems in the morning after arrival, the situations remained unsolved Engineering visited room without air conditioning, said the problem was solved but it wasn't. Other rooms had smelly, mouldy towels. Breakfast quality and room very poor quality. Swimming pool water was green due to lack of maintenance...

The room was okay, standard to the kind of rooms within the pricerange. The location was very strategic and easy to go The towels had dirts on them, the bathroom essentials were not complete, the boiling kettle was broken (the cap was off and the water drips from the side). I didn't include breakfast in my booking, so it wasn't applicable.

The location the receptions staff were very slow and they could not speak English very well. I asked for a nonsmoking room but there was the smell of smoke in my room There was insects in the shower The bed sheets were not clean and new

The hotel is located on the main road, close to convenience stores, food and coffee shops. Friendly hotel staff and fast service. The hotel rooms are quite spacious with comfortable interiors. Hotel operations are trying to survive the covid-19 pandemic. This hotel is trying to survive during this covid-19 pandemic, hot water facilities don't work, hopefully it can be resolved soon. Cleanliness is maintained even though it is not optimal, it can be understood in a situation like this.

The hotel is located in downtown, near to main attractions, supermarket & junkfood chains. Live music every Friday & Sat. We got discount on beverages. The breakfast was okay. The hot water doesn't work in my room. With the lower price I think I could get another comfy room with hot water. The another problem was the access to my room (door key), there was a moment when we just got into hotel and tried to open the door and it didn't work although the beep light was green. We asked the operator for another key, we tried again & still didnt work, It finally open after like 15-20 minutes. Another thing, the lights in my room were dim.
